How Do You Get Your Number Off Facebook Login

How to ask a girl for her number over facebook?

First off I'm a girl just so you know where this answer is coming from. Secondly, any guy I didn't know who asked for my number would definitely turn me off, so make sure you know who she is first. If you went to school with her, met her out one night, or know her through a mutual friend then it is okay to ask for her number. If not, try to talk to her a little bit on facebook first. Don't just start messaging her repeatedly, invite her to a friends party, or ask her if she knows of anything going on tomorrow night type of thing. But once you know her a little bit, depending on how you know her, I would recommend messaging her and just being like "Hey I know this is a little weird and there are a bunch of creeps on facebook, but something about you really intrigues me. So I was wondering if you wanted to take me number. If you ever feeling like texting or hanging out let me know. ##########.". Giving her your number instead of you asking for hers is less intimidating and less creepy. Good luck and just be a good hearted guy!

Facebook Checkpoint Error / Error 500 / Login Error?

UPDATE: User "Jawan" seems to be correct, I kept on refreshing the checkpoint landing page (I was using my Android mobile browser), after 40-50 refresh cycles I was prompted to review Facebook policies and it finally let me log on. Here is what User "Michael Cullen" said in another Q&A, I believe he is correct:

"After I contacted various Facebook members of staff last night, it seems that they took the right action, because today I was able to login with no issue :)

ONE post I'd made had been removed as being against their "community guidelines", and in order to continue I just had to review their Terms & Conditions. Apparently the PHP script for that was corrupt, or had the wrong permissions set, or something akin to that; anyway, the upshot was that we were getting stuck before the process even began.

Oh well, it's all fixed now :)"

How do I login to my Facebook account if I have lost access to the phone number to which the two factor authentication code will be sent?

My facebook account keeps asking for phone number? And won't let me log in without it?

I was locked out for about 10 days with same thing.
Do you get an option to add a home phone when you click "different verif method?" If the screen stays stuck on roadblock, this worked for me:
I changed my password. When I got a confirmation e-mail re the change I confirmed the change with the appropriate link, but I also replied to that e-mail that I am locked out, have no cell, etc. Don't know if thats what did the trick, but eventually that "different verif method" link should work. Also keep reporting the log-in problems through the help center
As far as I can see, FB hasn't publicly acknowledged this problem, so just be persistent.

How long do I have to wait after failing login to Facebook?

Facebook texted me? what?

I received a text from Facebook (so it seems) and I don't know if it's real. Why I'm asking is because it was a text to my phone. Not a message, but a text to my actual phone number.
It's from Facebook@RewardsFacebook.com
& I just want to know if it's a scam or not.
it said my account was randomly selected to receive an iPad 2.

sends me to ipad2.chronine.com

trust it or pass?
