How do you heal a cut or sore in your mouth?

I have a little sore inside my mouth, like, at the bottom of my gums in the front. It really hurts when I eat or yawn or open my mouth too wide. Any ideas on how to heal it? I can't get those medicines cause I don't live in the States and we don't have a lot of that stuff here (Thailand)

Try warm salt water. 8 oz. glass water/ 1 teaspoon salt. The salt makes your swelling go down and neutralizes the burn. It's the pH that does it. Don't be afraid of trying it. It also could be the startings of a cancher sore ( Over the counter remedies available)or an absessed tooth, so if it persisits more than a few days, and you have tried the salt water, then see your dentist right away.
