How could I improve my beep test score?

At the moment I can do the beep test to the late stages of level 5/early stages of level 6. I have a goal of achieving at least level 7.5 by the end of the month. Do you think this is possible?

I am beginning individual personal training sessions on monday where my focus will be increasing my cardio fitness and beep test score.
Other than this i will be doing up to 5 classes of kickboxing a week, the remaining 3 weeks of a six week challenge, as well as my own personal trips to the gym and i will be running also.
Do you think this goal is achievable if i stick to my exercise? Also what other tips do people have?

How to improve my 1600/3200 meter runs?

I used to be pretty decent at these events about 2-3 years ago; I was running the 1600 meter in about 4:40-4:50 and the 3200 in 10:20-10:40. About a year and half ago I injured myself and I have been sidelined/lazy ever since.

In just over two months there is a local track meet I would like to take part in and I know I want to run the 1600 meter and perhaps the 3200 meter as well. I have been running two to three times a week for the past two or three months (2-3 miles each time) so I am still in halfway decent shape.

Ideally I would like to be able to run the 1600 down by 5:15 for this local meet and the 3200 around 11:30-11:45 (likely to be hard at this point). Right now I am running the 1600 meter in 6:00 (which means I could run about 5:45-5:50 in competition) and I haven't officially timed my 3200 but I imagine it is up around 14:00.

Do you think my goals are possible with a little over two months left? If so, could you point me in the direction of a good workout schedule?

Gym routine and fitness advice for 14 year old?

Hi, I'm 14 and will be starting to go to the gym soon. I want to bulk up a bit(I'm quite skinny), improve my general fitness and ultimately get a six pack. So what is a good workout routine for me? I was planning to go to the gym 3 times a week, would that be enough? Advice on exercises I can do at home and whether I should buy weights would be helpful too.

Also, what changes could I make to my diet to help?

How many times a week do you workout?

That is very good! I usually work out 3 days (4 maximum) a week, plus i play soccer every friday! I rest and study on Saturdays and Sundays

How many times should i go jogging a week?

I want to lose 8 lbs for my holiday in August, meaning i have just over 2 months before my holiday and want to take up jogging. Does it tone your bum by the way?
How many times should i go jogging a week and how far? I will also be going to the gym twice a week and do callanetics twice a week. My fitness is reasonable, but not really good. I am 15, Female.
