what can I do
I don't eat junk food and if i do are chips but not every day prob once every 3 or 4 weeks I drink lots of water , salads veggies, healthy home made food and not soda at all also I do not eat late at night. work out and cardio but my arms are just a lil flabby
any suggestions?

Why do i have fat/flabby upper arms&how can i get rid of them?

Well im so glad to see that you're not taking it as if it's the end of the world ! Like many girls would.

Try to remember your going through a point in your life when your body is trying to transform into its adult stage. So some things might seem a little odd right now.

First of all, do NOT starve yourself!

Second, Its good that you've been doing cardio so keep doing it. And remember to reaaallly push it to the limit until you feel like your about to fall over and croak! (not literally but close to that)

I think the thing is that the cardio you're doing is not focused enough on your arms. cardio will burn fat all over the body but try to do vigourous swimming.

Also stretch out your arms everyday. Look up arm stretches for biceps and triceps.

Do those big circles with your arms for like 10 minutes a day.

Hopefully you will see results soon and just be patient, trust me, since your working at it you WILL get results!

And last but not least cardio is good for burning fat but like that guy above me said, try to add strength training in your routine as well so that your body will continue to burn fat even while you aren't working out.

Use light weight dumbells and do a lot of curls and ask the gym guys/girls for tips on good arm excercises. Remember the key when using ligh weight dumbells is to do many repetitions.

Hope you get the results you want.

And keep that positive attitude!

Is it okay for a 13 year old boy to have flabby arms?

Sure, it's ok. Your body is good no matter what it looks like. Stay active, eat well, be healthy. You'll put on a lot more muscle within a few years as your body goes through hormonal changes. The last thing you should worry about is bulking up. My son is 13, and he worries about stuff like this sometimes, too. He has no health concerns, he's not overweight, and he's not actually flabby. He just has very relaxed, loose fascia (which is a good thing) and is a little impatient to start looking more like a grown man. It'll happen. Don't worry. Everyone feels uncomfortable with their bodies when they're 13. (Girls, too.) If you have any health concerns about things like obesity, now is a good time to talk to your doctor, who can give you some advice about healthy eating and safe exercise. But otherwise, just be patient. Those changes are right around the corner.

I'm 17 years old, I have a small waist and big thighs. Sounds like a nice shape right? Wrong. My arms are very flabby and manly looking. theyre not only flabby but they also look "bralic" and I don't know why. Can anyone help me get my arms in shape? Please and Thank You !

Flabby arms? will they ever go away?

i have really flabby arms and i want to completley get rid of them? is that even possible or will i forever have flabby arms? i know i could do resistence training and weights and exercise but will they completley come of or will i still have that flabby skin

Do you need to lose fat to tone flabby arms?

To tone flabby arms is not a big problem, it can be possible by doing regular exercises under some guidance. To know those exercises and result come with that, see the best exercises to lose arm fat. And here, major thing is those all exercises you have to done in your home itself you don’t want to go for special exercise centres. So, i think the best option is to follow regular exercise it will benefit to future health also because in our daily life we all are eat oily food that will cause many problems in our older days so try to do exercise regularly for better health.
