How Do You Make A Craft For Easter

Acrylic paint on Easter eggs?

If you are planning on eating the eggs I would say no. There are alot of disclaimers on some acrylic paint tubes that says if you ingest some of this paint it may cause cancer. As long as they are not sticking them in their mouths or anything like that it should be safe.
Have Fun!

Will you be decorating a tree this Easter?

Thank you for the A2A, but I have trouble just cleaning up the secular clutter. I don’t have time or energy to put up one of the lovely new ornaments of Easter.By the way, there are other ways to decorate your home for which I have no time. I saw a pattern for creating a whale out of a gourd. With a younger child, you might show Jonah being swallowed by the whale as a Holy Week decoration, and have him outside the gourd for Easter. If you are able to make large and lovely flowers out of pop cans ( Aluminum Can Crafts Round-up- 20 Easy Tutorials using Soda Pop Cans ) or translucent plastic bottles ( Water Bottle Flower Craft for Kids - Crafty Morning ), you might glue a rough, “not handsome” cross inside a blossom.

What are good Easter egg craft ideas for adults?

I'm not very artistic these days. But for an adult to make a craft is an awesome idea. Here is the only one I can think of. You can use canning jars, paint if you'd like or the colored straw that goes in baskets. Turn the jar upside down so the lid is on the bottom. Then you might want to make some colored eggs. Or you can just find something to put inside the upside down jar. Then you can lightly paint the inside although it isn't necessary. You can place the colored straw inside and put candy or anything that looks festive inside. You can also tie a bow around the base of your creation. Use your imagination I'm sure you will come up with something spectacular. Happy Easter.

Cool crafts to make and to sell?

- go to the beach and collect seashells or buy them. then buy some blank ear studs and stick the shells on to make some cool shell studs
- get lots of different colours of bake in the oven plasticine and make charms like mini cupcakes, hearts, etc. then poke a small hole in them and bake them in the oven until solid. go out and buy some necklace chains and blank bracelets and you can thread the charms onto them to make some cute jewellery
- buy lots of white t-shirts and tie dye them to make quirky, colourful t-shirts
- buy lots of different colours of t-shirt or use some of the tie dyed ones. then buy some fabric paint and paint your own cool designs on them to make some unique tops

obviously you have to be a pretty creative person to be able to do most of this well but you should try it, i've done the plasticine things just for fun and they're pretty cool!

hope this helped :)

How to throw the best easter party?

umm we need more info, what is the age group, are they boys/girls or both...

UPDATE, told you id check back. Id say do an egg hunt but make it more challenging by hiding the eggs in multiple rooms in harder to find places. for egg prizes any kind of candy or money would be great. for my egg hunt im doing those silly band things the kids around here love so much. If there is going to be a BIG surprise (a special treat such as ice cream sundaes for everyone) write it on a piece of foam/cardboard, cut it up into pieces and put one piece in each egg. the kids will find out they have to work together to get the big surprise.
you could do easter themed games, or a craft everyone can take home. T shirts are pretty cheap and kids LOVE to wear them. they could dye eggs, check familyfun.go.com for all kinds of themed foods, games and crafts :) HAPPY EASTER!

What are some good Easter basket ideas?

My mind goes first to people who have certain dietary restrictions. Here the substitutions are limited. (Though if anyone has news about a carob nut egg, please respond.)The non-edible components of the basket have boomed: pencils and crayons with a spring theme, baby fingernail kits (although parents still need to be very careful), pretty lip balm, bunny wind-up toys, and special figures. You could make other themes, depending on the age of your recipient. A ghoulish eight-year-old might like a bunny gathering eggs from an Alien mini-fig. A budding artist might like eggs with window scenes under a flowering vine, and a box of pastels under the grass. And a jokester of seven might like some of the usual candy, but also big wax lips and a “mixed nuts” can, in a basket festooned with panels from colored comic strips.
