You see. There are lots of people that are arrogant. There may be many aspects causing their behavior. Financial difficulties; you may be doing better than them, in other words, jealousy. People say sagittarius is the joker of the zodiac but to me they're like the scary clown. This Sagittarius man at my work he doesn't speak too much but when he does he jokes about something.
