Be careful when you try to copy it since it uses the mailto: command. There may be additional information that will make the format invalid. Craigslist email addresses have this format: xxxx-aaaaa-1111111111@craigslist.org Be sure to only copy the address. Ignore any "MAILTO:" prefixes or "subjects" at the end. ℬ ℋ

There is no buyer - this is a scammer phishing for email addresses. Do not give out your email address Or if you must, create a completely new account that you ONLY use for Craigslist. Do not have any contacts or important emails saved as they will try to hack that account or send you malware infected links to try and spam your contacts But there is no reason why they can't contact you through Craigslist unless they know their account will soon be reported for scamming and shut down

Hi, Sorry to say, but it will not work. The email ID will be wiped off with the ad after 13 days. But yes, they store the email id in archives against the craigslist banner code. But if you send them, it may look like you are sending spam and may not get the response.
