How Do You Stop Someone With Mind Control Technology From Ruining Your Life

Thinking about death is ruining my life?

I am actually constantly thinking about death, so much that it is ruining my life. I did nothing today but look on the internet for either proof of the afterlife or else transhumanism in which we can live forever. It is the only thing in life that I really fear. The thought of not exisiting anymore and not being able to talk to my mother or father anymore is making me cry as I write this. Its nuts, I spend my days crying. It is breaking my heart. I wonder how all these other atheists like Richard Dawkins can seem so happy all the time. For the last two weeks it has ruined my life completely.

What can I do. I am 14 so I still believe that I can live forever. The transhumanist movement predicts that because of the radical changes in science and technology that by the middle of the century we will be able to work towards living forever in a virtual world. Do you see any hope at all in the afterlife or any proof. Is there any way I can withness a miracle of Jesus Christ by praying, has anybody else here seen a miracle, please talk to me, where can I go to find Christ. Name something I can do to test Christ on whether he exists or not. I just need to know that I will not exist forever

Please dont say things like "Enjoy your life now" and all that **** because it does not help.

How to stop my uncontrollable negative thoughts?

ok well even if people really are completely oblivious to whats going on inside my mind (which thank you for trying to convince me otherwise but i am completely convinced they can sorry) but even if they can't it is still unbearable to me to deal with because i hate insulting people for no reason, even if its just in my head, and i can't stand some of the horrible disgusting thoughts that cross my mind

How can I control my short temper? My temper is ruining my life and destroying my relationships with people. I dwell on small issues that bother me and keep me feeling very angry for prolonged periods. I find it very difficult to sleep or relax.

Ok. Let's start small. First, let's start with some basic questions of health. Do you get at least 7 hours of sleep daily? Do you exercise? This could mean yoga, running, walking, etc. How about eating habits? What types of food are you feeding your body with? Are they wholesome food items, or are they mainly processed meals? Now, let's move on to your mental health. When you get short tempered, what do you do? Do you scream and yell, and then regret it almost instantly? What sets you off? Why do you feel the need to respond the way you do? Are you satisfied with your life? If no, why not? I'm asking these types of questions because I want you to learn how to self-assess. This means you will have to spend some time and ask yourself some hard questions. And you must answer those questions with action. It is what's going on inside that is reacting to what's going on outside. And if you are aware that your reaction to the external situation is not what you want to keep doing then we need to figure out why you have the habit of being short-tempered. Here are a couple of things I would recommend you do:a. Get enough sleep. Here's why: Why sleep is important and what happens when you don't get enoughb. We are all creatures of habit: Go to your nearest public library and check out this book: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg.   This book will explain a lot about how we react to our environment.  c. Meditate. Start insanely small. Start with noticing that you are breathing thoughout your day. Be aware that you are alive. Count each breath by 1, and count up to 10 and then start over. Example: breath in (1), breath out (2), breath in (3), breath out (4). We breath automatically and rarely, if ever, we are aware that our body is doing so much to keep us alive. Give thanks to each breath that you receive. This method will set you back nothing...other than your attention. Practice this 10 seconds a day, and increase it to however amount you want. The next time you feel short-tempered, breath. Count up to 10 with each in and out breath. d. Know that you cannot change other people, but you can change how you react to them. Redirect your anger to your breathing, to cleaning, to writing, to walking, to running, to organizing your closet, to learning jiu-jitsu, or to simply just smile and say, "OK." In the end, you decide. I hope this helps a little. Be well.

Are copper IUD's really a safe alternative birth control method?

PLEASE ignore all these other answers and listen to mine! The only reason why I searched for people trying to get a copper IUD is because I absolutely LOVE mine!!!!! no more nasty side effects that those crazy hormones gave to me and I don't even feel it! The first day of insertion you cramp badly, but then you feel 100% fine! I swear, give it a try. These horror stories can make you afraid of getting it, but keep in mind, there are girls like me, who absolutely adore it and see it as such a life saver, if you've had very bad experiences with hormones! I LOVE IT!!!!!
