How Easy Is It To Get A Six Pack At 33

Is it possible to get six pack in 4 months?

Yes, without a doubt. Im 33 and I got a visible six pack in 8 weeks. I was at 20% body fat and I got down to 12% which was low enough (for me) to have visible abs. All I did was quit all alcohol, processed sugar and white flour products. I kept my protein intake at 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, (give or take 10 grams) kept my calories at 1800kcal per day (I’m 145lbs)I ate only natural (clean) food, pretty much just chicken, spinach, salad, nuts, seeds and fruit. (Berries more than anything because most fruit contains a lot of sugar/calories per gram. But as long as it fitted into my goal of 40% protein, 40% fat and 20% carbs it was ok. I also only ate between the hours of 12pm and 8pm to allow my body to utilise stored body fat for energy in the morning.I also couldnt run or use my left ankle at all because I tore all the ligaments in it one week into my diet/training.Because of my ankle I couldn’t get to the gym so I just did as many pull ups, push ups and sit ups/leg raises I could do, but believe me it was more to do with my diet than anything else, the exercises just ensured that I didn’t lose muscle unnecessarily while on a low calorie diet.Trust me if you did this for 4 months you would definitley have a six pack at the end of it unless you are seriously obese to start with (over 30% body fat)All you need is some food weighing scales (£10 or less) some body fat scales to keep track, a calorie counting app and some motivation. Simple really.
