Which next-gen console will you buy:PS4, Xbox One, or WiiU? Why?
As it will be some years before I need to replace my PS3, it's hard to tell. If I had to choose today, however, it would be the Xbox One. Why?I am not a hardcore gamer. The XBox one seems like it has and will continue to have more non-game entertainment options.Did I mention I'm not a hardcore gamer? I play games maybe an hour a month. I own four games. I've never wanted to sell one, never wanted to borrow someone else's games, and thus don't care about any of that stuff. I also never done multiplayer online gaming and have no intention of ever doing so.I'm hoping the XBox One will eventually allow me to get rid of the cable box. The PS4 hasn't made any moves in that direction, and it's a bit of a thing for me.Based on Ariel Williams' answer, it seems like the XBox One will have a slower fade into technological obsolescence.I'm intrigued by Kinect, which I've read is better, more sophisticated and more versatile than the Sony Camera (or whatever it's called)And because I don't care about the biggest complaints people are making about the XBox One. Required Internet connection? My PS3 is already permanently connected to my WiFi. (Honestly, I don't understand the fuss over this issue: I assumed that our consoles have been permanently connected to the Internet for years. It's like getting mad when your employer says all employees are required to shower daily. Don't you do that already?) Oh, and the privacy issue with the Kinect? A non-issue. To save electricity, I turn off the power strip that my game, cable box, and TV are plugged into when not in use. Let's see Kinect invade my privacy now. (And heck, if it bothers you so much? Throw a towel over it when you're not using it. How hard is that?)To put it succinctly, I'd pick the XBox One because I'm not interested in a gaming console. I'm interested in a media/home entertainment hub-like device that happens to have gaming capabilities.
Why is the PS4 more popular than the Xbox One, when a few years ago Xbox was the favourite over Playstation?
The reason why Microsoft is now losing is because for some unfathomable reason they decided to hire two complete fucktards in Larry Hyrb (Gamertag Major Nelson) and that utter cloud cuckoo lander Don fucking Mattrick.Now Don Mattrick lives in his own little world and hasn’t got a clue about real gamers and he thought that what everyone one did on a GAMES console was look at and use Xbox Live.So come launch day they showcased this underpowered machine (the latest 360 games were better looking than early X1 games) and kept bleating on about how you could watch T.V and what not on it and only spent about 10 minutes talking about the games.He (Mattrick) added tones of DRM to the console.He wanted to do away the used games market. One idea the fucktard came up with was that if you wanted to borrow a game from a friend or family member you had to pay for it.He came up with the idea that the console had to be connected at all times to the internet to be able to be played. No internet no gaming for you.Then there is the stupid name. We have Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Xbox One! Er what?!Also Mattrick had a love affair with Shitect er I mean Kinect. That brain dead, dead on arrival motion control sensor. So the fucking retard came up with the idea of forcing it down everyones throats by bundling it with the X1.So with all that and the fact that it was a $100 more (because of Kinect) than the PS4 just turned everybody off Xbox One and on to Sony.MS have been spending the last several years cleaning up Mattricks disasters.

I personally am going with the Xbox One. I am excited about the new Kinect, i like the exclusives, all my friends play the 360, and i am interested in what they do to integrate the cloud. The con that you put for the Xbox One about always having to be online has been taken away. I feel like if you went with the Xbox one it would be easy to adjust to the controller. they are making games that can use the kinect and controller at the same time. this would help with certain games that just dont have enough buttons to work with. as far as the ps4 goes, i do not doubt that it will be a great console. for the cod games i do not think it is necessary for you to buy an xbox one simply because its dlc will release sooner, doesnt seem like just that is worth 100 more dollars. when it comes down to live, it sounds like the ps4 is cheaper if you pay monthly, but i dont know about having special deals for paying yearly, you can sometimes get xbox live for 40$ on amazon, which is equal to 8 months on ps4 (i apologize if my numbers arent exactly right). buying ps4 live will give you free games monthly. the situation that you mentioned about your friends, are you planning on selling the ps3, if not you will still have some way to contact them. now the whole deal about you being jobless is a big decider in this. i payed nearly 600$ for my xbox one because i bought it from walmart, and i bought a three year warranty, roughly 40 dollars, thats not including buying cod and bf4+season pass so, after all that being said, whichever console you choose will have its pros and cons, like you just said. if you go the ps4 route, you will be pretty safe to say you will know what you are getting, a console that is designed for gaming and will do just that, but for me, it doesnt scream next gen like the xbox one did. the xbox one has many uncertainties as to how all the new features would play out, i do not doubt that it will be a great console also, i just think it will take more time. buying the xbox one is like being a pioneer in the gaming community, it might be amazing, but it could also screw you over. so for you, i would recommend buying the ps4
How do you meet people on Xbox live? Boyfriend cheating with gaming girl?
My boyfriend of 2mths told me upfront that he games & talks to girls on Xbox live and that they don't mean anything to him. With me being naive to the gaming/xbox culture, I believed him until I saw on his Facebook that he liked a photo of this girl sticking her tounge out looking cute and sexy & her main default pic was her face with an Xbox controller. And a post from about 2 yrs ago she wrote ''you always think of me when you hear that song'' and he agrees. She lives so far away yet they seem close *So how did he ever meet this girl while playing Xbox? * How often do these Xbox live relationships happen? * Why is it called Xbox live and how much interaction could they have with each other? * How could it be possible for them for fall in love through a video game?Is there even an actual video game being played while on Xbox live & they just flirt with each other? *What is the xbox live culture like?
