How Fast Can You Get Muscular If You Work Hard And Eat Healthy

Can I eat fast food and get muscle gain?

Granted im a tall and really skinny guy? 6'1 145. I was wondering if I do a lot of exercise/working out is it possible to get nice results eating a fast food meal or 2 a day? Wendys, chick fil a, taco bell, exc? I am new to working out, but I never have had a problem eating fast food before. I have been playing basketball for 15 years (im 22 years old right now) and it dosent seem to render my performance because I have always been a key player of my teams.

But the question at large: Can I eat fast food and expect results with my body type?

What happens to your body if you work out regularly but don't eat enough calories?

Here’s an example of two average field labors of the two different countries, India vs America. They both work hard in the field, but calories intake differ a lot, the one from India, it’s very low mainly due to poverty, he usually just ends up eating regular rice or roti(Indian bread) along with a watery lentil soup, on some good days he may have some veggie or even non vegetarian meal too.Hence, if your body is not getting enough calories to the amount of workout you’re putting into, you’ll noticeYour muscle demands amino acids to rebuild it’s broken fibres, by not providing it, you’ll not see proper re-development and growth. You’re getting scrawnier, since the fat stored is also depleting, as your body demands energy and you don’t have enough calories intake in the form of carbohydrates and fat. You’ll feel dizzy and lazy most of the time, your body will demand more rest.Big bodybuilders usually go through this phase when they’re cutting, this way they lose a lot of fat stored, along with some muscles, but they try to maintain the muscles by lifting, but they intake low calories lean protein diet and very low carbohydrate. With time you’ll notice you cannot even lift weights you used to as you’ve literally lost some physical strength, that is due to the loss of muscle mass in your body.Remember, your body is what you eat first then comes your workout, an ample rest for that diet to take effect which restores & rejuvenates those broken muscles.

I'm too poor to eat healthy. what can I do?

I work out and It is hard to gain muscle when all I get to eat is fast food.
My parents don't buy anything else. I have been looking for a job so I can buy my own food. They won't even buy a microwave, the oven is broken so I have to fry everything. What can I do to eat healthy? I used to buy salmon but I am out of money.

How do you get real toning results when you work out?

the diet hold back 90% of the people from seeing the results that they desire. going to the gym is easy, eating healthy meals day in and day out is not. the healthier the diet and the more whole foods it contains the greater the positive effect there will be on the endocrine system.

too many people focus just on calories and not the source of the calories. the foods that you consume have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. it will respond accordingly when healthy foods are consumed regularly and when heavily processed foods are consumed regularly. the healthier the diet the faster results of exercise will be seen

How to gain muscle/weight fast?

Bro, I was able to go from 135 lbs to 175 lbs in one summer. I ate like a horse, made sure I ate at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and I used Mike Mentzer High Intensity training routines (AKA heavy duty).

Here is a youtube clip of one of the routines. clip is kinda boring, but gets the point across

How can i lose weight fast..i honestly dont care if its unhealthy or not?

Try eating only apples for two days. The problem is that when you stop the weight will come back instantly if you are not careful. It works though.

If you use steroids how fast do you notice muscle gains?

For the record, we will be discussing the use of steroids (specifically Anabolic Steroids) which are specific groups of compounds synthesized to enable fast muscle growths in humans. It's not secret that bodybuilders use steroids to pack lots of muscles in a very short period of time. And that's the big advantage that steroids. So as not to bore you with stories, I won't dive into the side effects of steroids use. Now, let's compare Natural Bodybuilding vs Steroid enhanced body buildbuilding. I will use my example here.I have been a bodybuilder for a while, however for the past 1 year, I have not seen much difference in my physique. The two photos (photos of me) above are one year apart. This is one year of serious and consistent workouts, diet, and serious weight training. I bench 105kg, squat 150kg and deadlift 180kg. Yet, I don't look so big. My size has stalled for over 6 months now. And that's the problem with natural bodybuilding. The truth is that our body has limits and it loves stability (homeostasis). Hence, when we reach a certain stage, growth plateaus (stalls). And that's how and where Anabolic Steroids comes in. They help in breaking our genetic limitations. For a natural bodybuilder, you will gain 15 to 20 pounds of muscle in your first year. However, a steroid user will gain that in his first 2 months!Source -Physical health and fitness of an elite bodybuilder during 1 year of self-administration of testosterone and anabolic steroids: a case study.Mind you, the first year is when natural bodybuilders will most likey see great progress. Henceforth, it becomes harder to pack muscles in subsequent years and when we grow older, it's harder. Anabolic Steroids helps to break these genetic constraints.

Do I have to stop eating junk food if I want to build up my muscles?

No, not if you just want mass but dont care for definition and looking cut and only in the short termLook at the pictures below, focus on the 25% body fat vs 10–12%. Both probably have similar muscle mass but the big difference is body fat! Who do you want to look like ?Eating junk and working out intensely will give you results in the short term, however you will soon plateau and your gains will stop. You also wont be aesthetically where you want to be. Every muscular person I meet at the gym has routine of eating right most of the time, with an occasional cheat meal here and thereNothing meaningful in life is achieved without sacrifice and discipline. In this case, sacrifice eating junk food (or at least reduce it considerably) and have the discipline to train regularly and you should see some great results.
