How I Gain Muscles And Cut To Be Lookin Bodybuilder .

How do bodybuilders burn fat, but keep muscle?

There seem to be lots of misconceptions here. Fat cannot turn into muscle tissue, period.

In the "off season," bodybuilders bulk up, meaning they eat more calories than they burn, so their body gains muscle. With this muscle comes a little fat gain, so a few months out from a contest, they start "cutting" or dieting.

When dieting, bodybuilders cut their calories to lose weight, but since they are still lifting weights, their bodies have a reason to retain the muscle, so they burn fat. They also eat extremely clean diets with no processed foods, no junk food, etc. Their protein intakes are high, which is necessary to spare muscle tissue, and they also have supplements such as amino acids that can help them to prevent the body from using muscle as fuel.

Here's two good websites that explain everything about bodybuilding.

What’s the best exercises to gain muscle? Not bodybuilder muscle just a little cut for a guy in his 20s?

I like to keep things very simple and straightforward: Squat, deadlift, bench press, barbell row, overhead press, and chin ups (or lat pulldowns). You will gain muscle, but nothing like a bodybuilder. The guys you see dancing around on stage generally have… ‘extra help’ … shall we say.*coughsteroidscough*Anyways, here is a high quality routine that is simple to follow yet is highly effective and doesnt waste your time.Day 1:Squat 3x8Deadlift 3x8Day 2:Bench 3x8Row 3x8Press 3x8Chin ups 3x8Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday (alternate between each workout)OR: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/FridayWarm up then use the same weight for each set until you reach 3x8, then increase the weight by the smallest amount possible next session.Curls, tricep extensions, lateral raises, and calf raises are optional if you have extra time, and I would recommend them on squat and deadlift day.Let me know how it helps you!

For a bodybuilder and/or someone looking to preserve muscle tissue during cutting, is whey isolate superior to concentrate?

Very, very marginally. Only real differences (functional differences, not differences in terms of manufacturing) are slightly more protein in WPI (90%) than WPC (85%), and less lactose.Yet it costs quite a bit more. The only reason I would ever buy WPI would be if I was severely lactose intolerant. And even then, then you can get some ultra premium isolates that are even better and have around 95% protein. WPI90, for anyone who isn't an elite athlete, is just a triumph of marketing over substance.

Why do female body builders look like men..?

They take steroids. And yes, their clitoris may increase in size due to the fact that steroids can mess with a girl's hormones - not only do they develop a small penis, they start losing hair, their boobs shrink, their voice deepens, their faces appear more masculine, etc.

What is cutting in bodybuilding?

"cutting is dieting". if you eat the right foods at the right times you will not lose an ounce of muscle. bodybuilders lose the fat a little a time to prevent muscle loss. you have to cut your calories little by little. every 2 weeks you would cut your daily calories by 300 or so. you need to increase your protein too. you need at least 300-400 grams a day depending on your muscle mass. 30 minutes of cardio a day helps too if your really overweight.

Do you look bigger after you go on a cut (bodybuilding)?

I'm 6'2 188 right now and I want to cut 3-4 pounds to get to 9-10% bodyfat. I'm going really slow and doing this the right way tracking everything. I hear from everyone that you look bigger after a cut, but I'm still scared of looking like a skinny guy when it's done. Will I really look even stronger?

How long does it take a bodybuilder to get their body?

Well bodybuilders are in the top percent of people in the world that have great genetics ( even though many today use anabolic steroids ). Most bodybuilders start in their teen years because it does take many years for them to get into there prime. Some bodybuilders reach there prime at 30 or so..some a little later. Putting on muscle for them is hard work but its easier than for the average person that has the regular build. With good diet and proper training it may take a bodybuilder as little as 2-3 years to get where they are happy..some it takes alot longer.Keep in mind though, some bodybuilders work for pure muscle mass ( what they call the smooth look), while others wants to get ripped (or cut) as people call it. Working towards either goal can take years, it just depends on that persons view and how they want their body to look. So in answering your ? it really depends on the person or how high their standards are. A true bodybuilder will never be satisfied with their body, because they know it could always be just a little bit better. In trying to reach perfection that is what keeps the bodybuilder in making constant improvements through hard work and diet to improve their current build.
