Hello All In addittion to that, there are two kind of sim cards in turbo family. 1) R- SIm and 2) X-sim. R- sim will surely stuck on no Service but if you have x-sim that would work. But surely depends upon your"home network" on which your mobile working on ios 6.1.3. i would not say that R-sim would not work but possibility is to wait till the new IOS 7 R sim is available in market.
