How Is It Bad If I Torrent Movies

What if I download movies from showbox using torrent server?

What if I download movies from Showbox using torrent server?First of all, this is just what I think and I do not support any kind of activity which is illegal in any country or well to be fair in most countries...So if torrents are prohibited in your country, then it's illegal to download movies from a torrent if that is the case please don't do it.What I think is when you stream the movie on Showbox it's already using torrent servers for streaming...How Showbox works with torrentsEveryone downloads you make via Showbox is not going on any torrent website, instead, Showbox is downloading movies directly from the app which is gathering it from torrent serversWhat I would like to do is to offer you an alternative[1] . Here is, for example, a great article about websites where you can watch movies and tv shows and even most of the cartoons online for free of any charge. I believe that this is more convenient than worrying about how Showbox works. Because in case I was wrong and the other replies here as well you might get in trouble. Which I believe you can't for watching movies websites which are listed in that blog post :)Footnotes[1] Watchcartoononline is down here is the best working alternative in 2019

Where can one get 16:9 torrent movies instead of all the 2.35?

Below is a review of one of the the trackers with HD content. It is one of the best they say.

What happens if we download movies in torrents in India?

Is it legal to download movies from The Pirate Bay or similar websites? It depends. Some content on websites such as The Pirate Bay is freely licensed, meaning that you have the owner’s permission to download and share these works freely. However, the majority of the content on such websites are protected by copyright, and unauthorised downloading of such content is considered copyright infringement. As a rule of thumb, most movies by large production houses are usually protected by copyright, and it is illegal to download them off websites such as The Pirate Bay. Yes, if you are watching Baahubali 2 in the week of its release, you can be pretty sure that you are doing it illegally! Will I go to jail or be fined for downloading a movie illegally?Yes, if it is shown in a court that you knowingly infringe or help someone else infringe the copyright in the movie by downloading it. The court will assume that you knew of the infringement because in most cases the movie contains a watermark or notice which clearly indicates that it is a copyrighted work.Under the law, the punishment if you are being convicted for the first offence is jail time between six months and three years, with a fine between Rupees 50,000 and Rupees 200,000. However, it is worth mentioning that there aren’t many reported cases of actual prosecution for downloading movies online. Typically, the person who owns the copyright in the movie would only try to block the URL (through takedown notices or court orders).Under the law, the punishment for doing this again after you’ve already been punished once is more severe. If you are caught doing this more than once, the jail time could ranges between one and three years along with a fine between Rupees 100,000 and Rupees 200,000.However, you may receive a shorter jail term or fine if the court is convinced that your infringement was not commercial in nature (for personal use, rather than to sell or rent out).Read more about this in this simple guide Downloading movies

Do you feel guilty about downloading movies from torrent?

Not really.First of all, piracy has very little affect on the movie industry as a whole. Otherwise movie companies would have shut down a long time ago and the quality of movies would have radically decreased. Piracy is just overblown out of proportion, it’s not some major problem that’s causing people to lose jobs or anything. Movies companies these days don’t even care about cracking down on piracy because it’s a waste of their time. Piracy is here to stay, it’s best to just adapt to it and they know this.Second of all, these people are making millions and millions of dollars. A bit of lost money isn’t going to affect any of them. The people who pirate content probably wouldn’t pay for it anyway. Because the people who pirate content are usually broke as hell. They wouldn’t be able to afford $25 for a film, that’s a ridiculous amount of money for a movie.I’m broke as hell, I need money for rent, gas, electricity because I need to survive. Spending money on movies would basically impact my ability to survive. What’s the point of living if I can’t enjoy some free time and some movies? Am I meant to slave away paycheck to paycheck to survive? What’s even the point of living if I don’t enjoy life?If it was a small budget movie company and I heard they closed down because of lack of funding then yeah I would feel really bad. But my spending probably wouldn’t have helped them anyway. But all these major billion dollar movie companies? Nah, I don’t feel bad. They wouldn’t even notice the missing cash when they’re sleeping in their penthouses and driving their luxury cars.At the end of the day, even if I pirate or not, they will still be able to afford that luxury car or whatever.Such is the burden of capitalism. It produces all this beautiful technology, but the common person can’t realistically afford it. It’s only available to the upper class and beyond. So no, I don’t feel bad about pirating. Because I know the people who make these movies are getting their dues anyway. Just have a look at the box office on IMDB, these guys are getting paid really, really well. If a couple of pirates decide to spend some money on a movie, it wouldn’t even make a difference. They are still going to make serious cash.

What does torrent health mean?

from some sites, it means that you have a good chance of getting the download, it compares seeders, the people who have the full file and are sharing, to leachers, the people actually downloading, so few seeders to high leachers, means a bad torrent health, but lots of seeders and few leachers, means a good health, because they can provide more data per person.

What are some good skateboarding movies (torrents not DVD)?

I just got back into skating looking for good skateboarding movies.

I skate parks not street so if there are some with minimal street segments that would be good.

Also good music is very important. I've watched some with really bad music and it kills the whole movie.

I also am not going to go out and buy these on DVD. So if you know of any good torrents please post some links. Thanks.

Is downloading torrents with no VPN safe?

It's about as safe as torrenting with a vpn. The only difference is the anonymous factor. But if you're unlike me,a non citizen of the great nation of which is America, you'll probably have the FBI knocking on your door. If you're elsewhere,it depends on your location. Where i'm from, the police apparently only come knocking if you torrent local films, and frankly,i'm not to anxious to find out first hand, but they also don't quite seem to care if you torrent films outside the place where i live. So....your milage may vary. And it might go up quite a bit if you now are on the run and flying everywhere. ;)
