Blood clots forming in penis?

Hi, i get a hard lump on my penis almost every time i have an erection. This has been going on for over a year and i'm convinced it's a blood clot because it always goes away when going flaccid. I have also been able to dislodge it while erect just to see it come back a minute later. It doesn't hurt. What might cause this and how dangerous is it?

I have no problems with getting and sustaining an erection and i am 20 years of age.

By the way i think i accidentally closed my earlier question by starting voting.

If a patient with inoperable cancer is treated using a drug that reduces the rate of cell division, how might?

Sexy - Interesting question, but not an easy answer. Reducing the rate of cell division in an inoperable cancer can help in a couple of ways. Many of our body's white blood cells (WBCs) are produced in our bone marrow (long bones and ribs). Growing cancer often invades the bone marrow and crowds out the normal WBC-producing cells needed to fight infections often associated with cancer. Reducing tumor cell division and growth thus helps the body's defenses. Slowing the growth of an inoperable cancer can also delay the spread and prolong the person's life. As for the patient's environment, there may not be as urgent a need to make environmental changes so soon if the tumor spread is slowed. Changes might consider those associated with safe movement at home, comfort changes in an easy chair or bed, or easier to operate telephone or local medical alert system for the patient. Prolonging life sometimes leads to new advances in medicine that further benefit the patient such as newly developing treatments.
