I would wait until you can't bear with the roots before you touch up, but after 5cm it can get tough because the hair close to the scalp develops really fast.Bleach: Minimum two weeks. Longer is much better.If hair is really broken: rather grow back healthy hair, or use natural dyes like tea.General Tip: a week or two right before and after dyeing baby your hair a little bit. Don't treat it too much with heat and don't wash it too often and too hot, as it strips oils it will desperately need. Use a several hour coconut hair mask before dyeing (don't rinse out) and every now and then to get it back to shape.

Whenever I bleach my hair, I will dye it again straight away, but once I wash out the dye I will put in a leave in condition, to try and restore the softness. My hair is a little damaged, but that isn't surprising because I do dye it fairly often.
Is it safe to dye my hair again with Splat Hair Color?
I dyed a bit of my hair on Saturday, and then again on Sunday to make it more vibrant. Unfortunately, I stayed in the hot shower too long last night, and I want to dye it again. I intend to use cold water on my hair and not wash it as often once I redye, but how long do I have to wait before I can dye it again? I haven't used bleach, so it's not as damaged, and before last week, I hadn't dyed it since over the summer. I can't find anything on the box, directions, or website about how often you can use Splat dye. It's Pink Fetish, and it's about 6 months old (the website says it will keep for a year). Does anybody have any experience? Thank you!

Maybe dye your hair before getting the piercing so that you can wait a while before you need to dye it again, and that will give your ear a chance to heal. I've heard that Claire's uses a gun for all of their piercings...ask about how they will do it! It's not something I would really recommend to someone doing their hair at home. Towel dry it gently, don't rub the towel all over the hair, wrap the towel around the hair and squeeze. You don't want to stress the hair more. Examine the color and the integrity of your orange-blonde color. Is it light enough that hair color will be able to do the rest? If yes, do that.Side note: maybe don't just buy a box color. Go to your local beauty supply and have them help you pick out a color and developer. Box color tends to have the strongest level developer and you most likely won't need that.If you will need to bleach again, you must pay attention to your hair. You don't want to end up with cotton candy mush for hair. Hopefully one application of bleach will be enough though. The less stress you put on your hair the better it will be.

After hair is permed the 1st time allover, the only hair that should be needed to be permed is the new growth. And that would be about every 5-6 weeks. Repeatedly perming hair all over will only damage it. Maybe try a different shampoo/conditioner,and maybe its the flatiron. Also,its not recommended to put micro braids in soon after because hair is weaker after being chemically treated,and the braids will damage hair,mainly around hair line. Before going natural,I would prefer to get my hair permed at a shop because they had the right products/flat irons and whatnot ti get it straighter then I could.

It all depends on the damage done to your hair!! If your hair is in perfect shape after you bleach your hair, you can dye it again right after. If you have split ends, get them trimmed before dying your hair again! If your hair is so damaged that it feels like straw, invest is some deep conditioner, get a big hair cut, and wait until your hair is softer to dye it again.
