But look at Arnold, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, Kai Greene…. they are all world renowned professional body builders who started young but are not dwarfs/have stunted growth.The human height is primarily influenced by genetics; That’s right, your family traits has a lot of say :D So if your family is known for average height, chances are high that you may end up with the same BUT you can always improve your chances by eating right, doing exercises (Cycling/ pull ups, etc), good rest, etc.The other important thing responsible for height, is the HGH (Human growth hormone). Our Pituitary gland secretes this, more of it…leads to Gigantism, less of it…leads to Dwarfism! Its primarily secreted during periods of rest, hence adequate sleep is so important. If required, the HGH can be administered by a medical practitioner as well.There are a few research that have proved that anabolic steroids, drugs, cigarettes, alcohol have negative effects on your growth. However, no study or research has conclusively proved that workout has any negative effect on your growth.Squats, Military presses are not going to harm your height. How can I get my puppy to stop resisting when we put her harness on her?

When you want to put something on the dog to wear, introduce the item in a calm, and confident manner. Take the harness and just caress her body with it, slowly slip it on, but don't fasten it, while giving a piece of food, then slip it off again. Do this a few times until she pays no attention to the harness. What ever you are doing now is scaring her, and to protect herself, she nips. The dog will not trust you, when you just, arbitrarily, put something on her with out an introduction that shows her that the device won't harm her. You have to show her the "tool" means calmness. And you must stay calm, and confident during the exercise, she will feel your energy, Verbalize nothing, make the conversation in your mind. Like "relax, the harness means no harm". Mental positive reinforcement goes a long way.

I eat 300-400 calories a day and exercise when i can. sometimes i purge..how long before weightloss is noticed?

you are killing yourself and any results you may get with this will certainly not last. You are loosing weight like this, not fat. your body thinks it is starving and is eating itself and resisting touching the fat as much as it can. You are destroying your muscles and the lining of your organs. Stop it. Also, doing it like this, no matter how thin you get you will not be attractive. Muscle is what gives you shape and if you don't have it you look flabby no matter how thin you get.

If you want weight loss thats going to last and not kill you you have to eat, there is no way around it.

How do you stop craving for cigarettes?

Nothing can be more intense than the battle to resist that cigarette during day two or three of your quit. The urge can just be so powerful, so crushing, and any distractions you try are temporary at best. Sleep is a good way especially in the beginning when your body is detoxifying. Your body is actually sleeping thru your cravings. This helps a lot when your body is going thru the worse withdrawals. Also, exercise and take long walks.

How can i resist junk food?

no matter what i eat or how much of it, i'm still hungry and i just know that it's going to be junk food.
it's so hard to stop eating it, the only exercise i do is walking, and not even every day. but, i will eat so much junk, i'm not fat but i could do with toning my stomach/ legs and arms a bit. but my first goal is to stop eating junk food. help please
