How Long Do I Have To Run Each Day To Lose Stomach Fat In A Month

How long should I run every day to lose belly fat?

i had the exact same issue with stomach fat. I would not recommend runny everyday, but everyother day, i wouldnt worry about distance so much as time. i would recommend maybe 20 min. of a steady-paced run, STAY HYDRATED. on the days off (if your focus is belly fat) do some sit ups or push ups (although push ups are primarily a chest, arms, shoulders, and back workout; it elongates your upper abdomen giving you a mild ab workout.)
hope this helped

HOW MUCH SHOULD I RUN daily to lose 10 kgs in a month?

dear friends my age is 21 and my weight is 72 kg my height is 155 cms. I want to lose 20 kgs as soon as I can. I have chosen running as an excercise. Can any one answer HOW much calories we lose in running 1 km. And to lose 10KG in a month how much shuld i run daily. And how much should i eat?

How many crunches should i do a day to lose belly fat?

u can't spot reduce fat. Crunches are advised for skinny people wanting to get muscular. Even if u do a 100 crunches everyday, there is no guarantee that ur belly fat will go down. u just have to go for a run each day...probably a mile or 2 in the beginning. And u can increase later on. Of course, this also doesn't guarantee belly fat reduction but it's certainly more effective than crunches. It all depends on ur diet, metabolism and distribution of body fat. so as u say if most of ur body fat is concentrated on ur belly, then hopefullly, running should help u lose 8 or 9 pounds each month...again im telling u...dont aim for spot reduction...aim to have a body that's well toned in all areas...so running is not only going to take off belly fat, but its also going to shape up ur arms, legs, face, neck and all those areas

How long does it take to lose belly fat?

It will take as long as you allow. It really depends on how determined you are and what you do!
Walking before breakfast is great, just make sure you're pushing yourself harder each day. Eating late in the day is really bad though.
A big breakfast is fine so long as it's healthy, ie. cereal with low fat milk, 2 slices of wholegrain toast, banana, low fat yogurt and an apple is perfect.

Here's a few tips to help speed things up:

Have a no sugar caffeine drink (ideally tea or coffee) before your walk to kick start your metabolism.

Tense your tummy muscles whenever you can and make a special effort to 'hold in' your tummy while walking.

Try to do sit ups or stomach crunches every morning and evening, do one more every day.

Do NOT eat after 8pm.

Drink plenty of water.

Take it easy on carbohydrates and try to go wholegrain where possible.

Later meals should be lighter.

Good luck!!!

How long will it take me to lose 15-20 pounds with running and abdominal excersises?

I’ll stop you right there. Abdominal exercises do literally nothing for losing weight. As in, you’d be better spending that time walking, paying with your dog, grocery shopping. More or less anything.Losing weight is about burning calories stored as fat on the body. Weight lifting and cardio will do this at different rates for different people. However specific fat loss in an area is impossible. You burn 2kg of fat and it’s coming off everything; legs, arms, back, bum, stomach and chest.Exercising the stomach region is honestly the last thing on the list; it’s for increasing your muscle definition there once you have gotten rid of enough fat.If you want to lose weight, the common saying is it’s 80% diet, 20% exercise. Are you actually eating right? How many calories? How many calories from fatty food and junk food? How many calories from drinks (everyone forgets that).A lot of info on the internet claims losses of about 2lb a month are the standard. You’ll lose more in the first few months, and less each month after unless you up the exercise/drop the calories to counteract this effect.Don’t just run, your body will get used to the mechanics of it and you will become more efficient; good for a runner, bad for someone aiming to lose weight. Mix it up; run, swim, lift weights, cycle.A final note; don’t worry about excess muscle from lifting weights. Even as a man with significantly more testosterone building muscle isn’t as easy as you’d think. And lifting weights is an often overlooked and very effective way to lose weight.

How to lose belly fat in a month and a half ..possible??

Step 1: Find out your base metabolic rate. Easiest way is to buy a heart monitor watch (I use Polar brand, but there are many) that tracks your calorie burn. Wear that for 24 hours and learn how many calories you burn on a normal day.

Step 2: Reduce your calories below your base metabolic rate, and eat a diet rich in protein (chicken/fish/egg whites), complex carbohydrates (oatmeal and grains), and vegetables. Figure out how many calories you are consuming by going to a site like www.calorieking.com.

Step 3: Exercise wearing your calorie counting watch, and burn additional calories. Try to create 1000 calorie per day "caloric deficit" - that is - take in about 1000 fewer calories per day than you burn (base metabolic rate + calories burned during workout). If you do that every day, you will lose about 2 pounds per week (3500 calories equals a pound). In a month and a half (6 weeks) you will lose 12 pounds and be 118. That should be good enough and you don't really want to lose weight faster than that.

Trust me, if you are diligent about what and how much you eat, and do the above, it WILL work.
