How Long Do People Keep A Personal Trainer For I Don

I like this personal trainer at my gym?

Oh my god!!! :D this is just like in the movies!! haha okay so I suggest you flirt with him(: I know that you said that you are shy but you have to work up some guts and just say something. :D soooo you could just be like "soooo how long have you worked here? *flash a smile* haha obviously a while because you are sooooo toned and buff! *feel his arm muscles* haha something like that. Is he your personal trainer? if he isn't then maybe sign up and see if you can make him yours. From what I have learned, guys find it embarassing when girls act all flashy so don't where anything that says "Im a sl*t" but you could wear something a little more revealing like just shorts and a sports bra? also ask him for tips on exercises for certain parts of your body, pretend you don't understand them and so them he will have to hold you and guide you to show you then you could turn towards him and be like "oh like this?" and smile and he will be like "yea thats perfect" then BAM!!! kissing and romance!! :D

How long should you keep a personal trainer?

Have you set up goals together for your sessions? What are you trying to accomplish? You need to have a specific plan in mind and a way to track your progress. Usually you don't need a trainer as often after the first month or so once you have started the plan other than to periodically check your progress and when it's time to change your routine. Once a week or even every other week should be fine. You can work on your own using the plan they design the rest of the time.

How long does it take to see results from a Personal Trainer?

The results are more hard work from you than a personal trainer. A personal trainer can tell you what to do but to actually make it happen you have to eat at a calorie deficit and workout. You don’t need a personal trainer either to lose weight if you would like. Just focus on eating at a calorie deficit and also add in some strength training + HIIT cardio workout 3 to 5 times a week at home using just your body weight to lose weight such as shown below:You can use a dumbbell/kettlebell for the water bottle or ignore it for a 30 min HIIT format cardio/strength training 3 to 5 times a week with calorie deficit diet for results. You can also hire a personal trainer but you have to be consistent with your diet and training to see results. If you are consistent, you can see change in under 1 month.Take care!

Is it worth hiring a personal trainer?

Perhaps a couple of times a month for at least the first three months of your workout. Here is why:

Improvements, goal attainment, variety, and discipline are just some of the benefits of having your own professional trainer. Whether your goals are recreational, health related, or competitive in nature our professional trainers will provide the motivation to get you there.

The structured, consistent regimen your trainer prescribes will keep you focused and result in optimum improvements in minimal time. While our professional trainers educate and prepare you to perform your workouts on your own, the personal attention and motivation can be so gratifying that you schedule workouts with your trainer on a regular basis.

Furthermore, your personal trainer will keep records in order to chart improvements in strength, endurance, or weight loss. In addition, unsupervised workouts become more meaningful when you are accountable for workouts away from your trainer.

* A personal trainer can help you improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture or achieve whatever personal goals you have set.
* A personal trainer can help you develop strategies and set realistic goals for weight loss that can be progressed as expectations are met.
* Lack of time is one of the biggest reasons cited for not exercising. A personal trainer can help create a program that is both effective and efficient and maximizes the time you have available.
* Knowing you have a scheduled appointment once or twice a week motivates you to show up. An appointment with a personal trainer can help you include exercise in your daily schedule.
* Lack of variety in your exercise program can lead to boredom and a decrease in motivation to exercise. A personal trainer can help you by frequently changing your exercise routine while maintaining a focus on your overall health and fitness goals.

Are independent personal trainers allow to train people at gyms like like Anytime Fittness?

I have a good friend that is a trainer and trains her clients at 24 hour fitness. She has gotten in trouble, and has found a work-around. If you both go in as "workout partners" and work out together, then it is ok. Don't talk about training, and dont ever pay the trainer at the gym. As long as you don't make it obvious, I am sure you will be alright. But most gyms have a policy that does not allow personal trainers that do not work at the gym to make money training clients at the gym. Don's ask the gym, cause then they will know. Just go work out with your new workout partner.

On average how long does a client stay with a personal trainer?

Depends on the quality of the trainer and their ability to goal shift and keep the client motivated. At the end of the day provided the trainer is delivering value, keeping the client motivated and and progressing them towards a goal, why would the client leave ? That’s not to say the goal will remain the same the entire time. I have had clients who have come in for weight loss, transitioned into bodybuilding and than pivoted towards distance running. Each requires a very different approach. The important thing was taking the time to sit with the clients consistently to get calibrated on their goals. Last time we met in this nature you mentioned your goal was to (insert goal), is that still as true today as it was then… pause and let them speak. For me the average value of a lifetime client sits just under 47 sessions. But that changes from trainer-to-trainer and may depend on the demographic they work with. The best advice i can give you is to track your own clients and determine you own averages. If you are asking from a client’s perspective, it depends largely on your goals. I would suggest sitting with a trainer, discussing your goals and drawing up an action plan. From this you can determine the approximate time / investment into your health.
