Its roughly a month, can vary on your height and weight plus how much you exercise. I don't know that for a fact but I heard if you do exercise a lot and sweat a lot it helps speed it up, not a lot but it helps. A P.O. will not do a hair test lol :P. If ur P.O tests you only once a month on a certain every time, then you have a one month frame, blaze alll you can right after you take your test, then dont for a while, excercise and drink alot of water so u piss alot ( also drink alot of water before your test, so you can have a higher water percentage in there). I am 5'8" and 240 lbs. I have not smoked in a week, and have firmly decided that I am quitting for good.
