How long does it take to see results from 100-200 sit ups a day?

I'd say between a week or two you'd see something. But I recently read that too many situps make no difference in your stomach.....if you just did like 50-100 every other day, you would be just as good as if you did like 300 in a day. The key is to do some jogging, walking mixed in with the 50-100 situps every other day. Good luck.

Are you also cutting calories with your exercise. Weight loss and physical change is 80% nutrition and only 20% exercise. So, make sure you are cutting cals also. If you are already doing that, it is important that you incorporate weight training to your routine... running is awesome to burn fat, but having more lean muscle mass speeds up your metabolism and is more compact than just fat. If you do ALL of these things you should see results VERY quickly. Make sure you take your measurements and pictures when you start (or now) because it is hard to look back on where you came from and your progress if you have no evidence of where you were! How soon should you see results with 200 sit ups a day?

I've done 200–210 a day for the past few months and I can give a few observations:They probably won't have much effect if that's all you're doing. On the other hand, if you're also running several miles a day and/or doing lots of other calisthenics, they'll help you get better overall physical results faster.You'll be able to convince yourself that they're helping within a week or so, because in the immediate aftermath they'll feel like they are. Whether they are or not is irrelevant, because they'll help eventually and it's just a matter of continuing to motivate yourself to continue, which is easy if you're already getting results, so just go with it.How long it takes to get visible results depends on what shape you're in beforehand and how much fat you need to burn off, etc. Regardless of visible results, however, you should start getting at least somewhat increased core strength within a couple weeks, even if you don't really notice for a while.After a few weeks of this workout, you'll start to get really bored because they won't particularly hurt anymore and will just be easy and time consuming. That doesn't mean you should stop or increase the reps, but it does give you concrete proof that you're getting results.

How long will it take to see Gym results ?

Ok so i have been going to the gym for 1/30 hour's 5-4 times a week for 3 months.
I have changed my workout programme by the trainer in the gym twice now for each month which each day consists of different exercises and from my 5 day Program ,one day is aerobic exercises like abs treadmill bicycle and step and i also do treadmill every day for 15 minutes .

Anyway so i have noticed muscle growth ( not major but its there ) and what i have noticed i am gaining weight in the process and i haven't seen any big changes.
So when will i see ''major'' results ?

How long do you have to do planks to see results?

i was thinking of doing 1 min normal plank, 1 min of side to side plank, 1 min of normal plank 2 times a day. how long until i would start seeing results?Also, does doing planks everyday help loose belly fat?
