How Long Will I Go To Jail In Pennsylvania For 2 Bags Of Heroin

Why isnt heroin considered a dangerous drug in the eyes of the law?

It very much is, just not the same way as crack or pcp. The 2 problems the police see with heroin is 1. People will steal/rob to get the money to purchase it with, it is expensive. 2. People can overdose, but not like many people think, what happens is you get a $50 bag a day, one day its not cut right and instead of the usual 20% heroin 80% cut, it is reversed to 80% heroin, 20%cut so its 4x stronger than you think and bam, you ODd. The penalties for possesion of either are steep, and they will charge you everytime, but the real reason is, people tend to get calm and relaxed on heroin, they get crazed, angry, and hyper on crack, and crack is more likely to make you stick out to a cop, its all about behavior. Most cops would rather you get arrested peacefully as opposed to going all Grand theft auto x crack on their ass. Got it? If you need me to expand or if I missed something, ask me in the replies. Thanks for reading, please tell your friends the following-Drugs aren't the problem, prohibition IS the problem.

What are some slang terms used among police officers?

The most derogatory terms for the bad guys and citizens who are just pains in the rectum:A.H. = Adam Henry (A-dam H-enry) If you don’t get it…..sometimes you will hear it as “Jack Hole”…..now what starts with an “A” that ends with HOLE ?RICHARD CRANIUM= What starts with a “D” and is a nickname for Richard ? What is the non-medical layman’s term for the Cranium ? Do these clues HEAD you in the right direction ?

Why do many people dislike philadelphia?

Well, it is good for some things. I can name a few things it's good for. It's certainly good for your survival skills; it gives them an extra boost. It's also good for stealth, when you sneak quietly around the dark streets at night avoiding getting your wallet snatched. This also contributes to speed. It makes you brave, having to walk thought the dark streets, and kill the roaches in your home. Oh,and if your underweight, try the cheesesteak. You're guaranteed to put on a few pounds. These are a few positive contributions the city has.

"I have never been to philadelphia but it seems like a nice city to me." Trust me, looking at your below post, I can guess.

The train may seem nice, but have you ever been in the train station? They smell like urine, and rats roam them at night. Fight break out in them, I know many people who've gotten beat up in them at night, including one of my teachers. They took his wallet and jumped him with a baseball bat and a beer bottle for no reason. Thugs deal drugs in them at night. And the nightlife, it's not advised, as it is very dangerous coming home. And do you know way it's cheap? Low quality=low price. Not as good as it seems, the city consists of mostly small old row homes tilting to one side with garbage bags covering empty holes where a window once was. And our sports teams aren't the best.

There is trash, dirt and grime everywhere. You can't go into a gas station without being asked for chage. You can't pump your own gas without being approached by a crackhead pretending to work there saying you have to tip him to pump it for you. There are intoxicated crackheads laying out on the streets in garbage bags with food in their beards. Brown paper bags next to the them containing beer bottles. Hobo's playing instruments in center city. Chipped up grey sidewalks with chewing gum stuck all over them. Peeling billboards that have been up for years. etc.

This is my opinion on why I dislike the city and can't wait to move out. Trust me, if you'd lived here, you would not have to ask. I have been all across the US, and have always been surprised at how nice the other cities were compared to this. This is no city of brotherly love.
