There are other ways of losing weight, in a healthy way and with sustainable results. Big difference between 100 cal and 0. 0 cal is better. Its called water fasting, I was losing 3/4lb or so of true fat per day I did that. Why is 100 cal worse. Well, its not if it is eaten as pure fat. Its bad if its eaten as processed simple carbs. If its eaten as leafy veggies preferably raw, that could be almost as the water fast with 1 big caveat. Not eating at all, takes away the craving to eat in 2–3 days as you hit full blown ketosis, and lose the “need to chew” something. Eating a bunch of leaves, will prevent that situation from happening. I did not lose much if any muscle, I can assure you, a 219lb man losing 70lb and still being able to walk around, not likely if even 1/2 of that 70lb was muscle. I actually was doing light weights in the fasting period, and any heavy weights are not advised, and that is really to prevent muscle loss or injury. You tear a muscle when fasting, you will take a long time to repair it - if ever. While true fasts preserve muscle, they don't help it grow. On the flip side, true fasts help grow bone, intestines and skin due to the increase in HGH when fasting. I don't know if the leafy veggies would affect that cycle in anyway, but HGH production will drop if you have protein or carb. My guess is 100 cal worth of green veggies essentially are protein and carbs - so my guess is that HGH increase wont occour.

Which sector9 board is better the 9 star or the bomb hills not countries ?

depends on what discipline you're interested in:

if you want to "bomb hills" and speed board, definitely go with the bomb hill thats what it was made to do. My room mate has one. I learned how to longboard on it and have taken it past 40 mph. However, it is terrible to commute with. It's wide wheelbase makes it hard to maneuver in tight spaces.

if you are looking to do tricks, slide, or just commute i bet the 9 star is much better. It's a more manageable size and i believe it is a drop-thru deck which lowers the board, thus making it easier to ride.

In all honest, sector9 make good board's for beginner to intermediate but if you are looking for the best of the best, you should look else where.

Is bmx track riding good exercise?

YES!! BMX tracks are a great work out. The sprinting, pumping and standing on the pedals are a great full body work out. You will need to do the track for a good hour or so, due to the shortness of the track. To really hit your goal you would still need to do some endurance work outs that are a bit more consistant for longer period than the short 40-85 seconds it takes to go around a bmx track.

Keep up the riding, but add in some cross country or other longer work outs.

So its time to hit some heavy weight training ...At your age my weight is around 49kg and after trying hard for around a year i gained about 15kg  ..having 67kg at current ...total lean muscle ... and six abs too..So first off all you have to make strict desciplanary daily routine to enrolled with in both diet and weight training ..It should contain some heavy .. means really heavy compound exercises and lots of carb-protien diet .. you should able to consume at least 3000/3500 cal a day mostly from clean carb and protien based diet .. and you could not consume such high calories unless heavy weight training. Be clear do not enrolled with Isolation exercises it will contradict your muscle rather than expanding it will tone them ..Train only one muscle group per day .. that way it will help them to recover faster .. as ex.MON : ShouldersTUE : ChestWED : TricepsTHU : Thighs [Its necessary to hit thighs .. so it will boost testosterone level which help to recover quicker and enhance stamina]FRI : BackSAT : BicepsSUN : Abs And after each and every workout drink protien shake ... otherwise as beginner just plain milk with chocolate syrup and a banana.Break down your meal to 6 small meals per day .. and each 3 meal should contain Protiens size of your fist .. like Chicken,fish etcInclude Eggs in your diet like 6Eggs/dayDo not suppliment your body untill you get used to heavy weight training for more than 4 months ... otherwise its just waste all efforts and money.Drink another protien shake right before going to bed .. for first 4 months plain milk would be good enough ..It will show results beyond your expectation .. and after 4 months of strictness.. iam talking about very strict training ... if you willing to go on supplimainting like Mass Gainer or Whey protien ... your body gonna get ripped lean masculine with quality of weight gained .Wish you all d best ..
