How long will it take to lose 5 stone?

Hi,
I am very unhealthy with my weight, and it is worse than I originally thought. I need to lose a total of 6 stone, but am happy to set a first goal of 5.

My current weight is 15st (209.4 lbs) and I am aiming to get down to 10 stone (about 130lbs.) I am doing this by cutting my calories intake to 1200 before exorcise, and doing about 20 mins of exercise (to start with) every evening. I plan to up the exercise time by 10 mins every time it starts to get easier. I am very unfit, and made the mistake of trying to go a full hour in one go. Not doing that again! 20 mins is all I could handle, so thats what i shall start with.
