How Long Will It Take To Go From 140 Lbs To 120lbs If .

How long will weed stay in my system if I’m 5’7 & weigh 126 lbs? I stopped smoking 5 days ago.

It somewhat depends on how much did you smoke and where in your system. Thc stays in the kidneys for up to a month therefore it can be detected in your pee for up to a month. If we were to exemine your blood we could find evidence of weed consumption in your system for up to 3 months after you stopped, the reason is the anti bodies your body makes to get rid of the thc and similiar compounds found in weed. If we were to exemine your brain liquid we could detect it for up to 1 year after you stopped using, same reason as with the blood but those anti bodies are more concentrated in your brain since weed affects your brain so your body sends more of the anti bodies to your brain. If we were to exemine your scalp (living skin on top of your head) we could find evidence of weed consumption until you completly shave your head with a razor blade. There are some thimgs you can do to speed up the procces. One is consuming large amounts of vitamin C since it bounds thc and look alike substances to it and thus flushing it out of your system faster, kitchen salt can be used the same way but consuming large amount of salt is not good for your body nor does it taste as well as lemonade. Next thing is sweating. As sweat comes out so do all kind of minerals and compounds found in your body thus flushing out your system. And the last thing is, I really do not recommend this one, is bleeding yourself. When you go to give blood you give about 0,5l of it and it takes about 1 day for you to get completly normal so in theory your system can be completly cleansed of amy harmfull substance in 10 days (please dont try this lat one at home since it is only a theory that can have harmful reasults if not done properly and whitout constant monitoring of your vital signs). If you are worried about getting a job or your parents testing you pharmacy bough testers your safest bet is 2–3 liters of lemonade coupled with any kind of naturaly flavored lemon candies.

Lose from 140lbs. to 120lbs.?

You should really be eating more-only 2 meals a day tricks your body into thinking it's starving & therefore it tries to save fat instead of losing weight. Try eating ~6 small meals a day (hard to do w/work & classes, but you can probably get 4 small meals in a day if you try). This "tricks" your body into thinking there's a constant food supply & the small amount means that it has to burn some fat too supplement the calories. There's really a lot more to it biochemically than that, but that's the basic idea. Try to cut out most fats-definately give up sodas, fast food, chips, candy, etc...that stuff is just empty calories. If you're already eating healthy foods, then just focus on burning the calories by working out.

Have you tried swimming? It's easy on the joints & a great work out. If you don't know how to swim, the YMCA usually has summer courses & that'd be a great place to start. Some classes combine weights in the water, so you work out in chest deep water & really don't have to be a swimming expert (you just work out in place). And don't worry about how you look in a bathing suit--trust me, there's ALWAYS someone way bigger wearing something way smaller. Besides, it'll motivate you to work harder.

How long would it take a 120 pound girl to get to 90 lbs if she starved herself?

I hope this girl is not you…I don’t know if this is a serious question, but obviously starving oneself is not a reasonable approach to losing weight. When they starve themselves, they will force their body to burn muscle for energy. Problem is muscle is the primary driver of your metabolism, the more of it they lose the less food they will need to eat to continue losing weight. They will eventually hit a plateau point where they cannot lose anymore weight, but look absolutely emaciated. I assume whatever their goal is, that is not it.Once this muscle is burnt their metabolism will be permanently slowed down until they gain it back. The longer this person starves themselves the more their metabolism will slow, not to mention hormonal issues that will cause lost periods, among other adverse effects. This person may die with this approach. If they wanted to lose weight in a healthy way they’d need to do 3 things:MILD Calorie Deficit(consuming less calories than you’re body needs in a day)Resistance TrainingAdequate protein (90g of protein/day for you)You can lose 1lb per week by eating at a a MILD calorie deficit. You can find how many calories you need in a day from a calculator like this one: IIFYM Calculator - The Worlds Most Accurate Macro CalculatorBy reducing your daily needs by 500 calories you will lose 1 lb per week and including resistance training will ensure you keep your muscle and make your metabolism stays where it is.The reasons not to try and lose weight faster than this are above, but to reiterate they will cause serious hormonal problems, lose their period, and destroy their metabolism, making future weight loss difficult or impossible.Again if this is you please do not do this and find a more healthy way to go about pursuing you physique goals. No only does starving yourself not work, but it makes you look worse and destroys your body in the long run.Hope that made sense and please seek helpPS you are not at all overweight

How long will marijuana stay in my system? 5' 3.5"- 130 lbs.?

so last night i was at a dance, and it was soooooo ****** boring. so my friend came over, and asked if i wanted to get high. Im a HS junior and ive never smoked pot before, and i have a very fast metabolism. as you can see, i am five foot three and a half inches (yes i am a SHORT highschool kid) I also wrestle so every day i sweat out at least 2-3 pounds. we only smoked two bowls, and i only took like two or three hits. Im on probation, so ill pry be getting a drugtest soon. ive never failed one, and he really trusts me, so it wont be for a while. Im basically wondering how long it'l be before its out of my system. i have a feeling it wont be there long.cause i read it stays in fat, and im very lean. i just wanna know if i should waste my money on a detox system or not.

I'm 5’2 and I weigh 143 lbs. My goal is to weigh 100 lbs. as soon as possible. How can I reach this goal?

Because you are petite, you do no require many calories to maintain your weight. If you don't exercise, that makes this even harder to do quick. Thus, I recommend patience, and persistence. An estimate is you would only need about 1,800 calories to maintain your current weight. Realistically, you could only cut about 300 to 400 calories from your diet. Any more than that will cause malnutrition. This can be done with the elimination of a few cookies, a candy bar, or some sweet drinks from your dietThe good news, you can exercise off as many calories as you want. If you can exercise off 200 calories in the beginning, and give up 300 calories in treats, you would lose about 1 pound per week. Sorry, but only through more exercise do I recommend trying to lose more than 1 pound per week. Good luck.

How to go from 140 to 125 lbs in 2-3 weeks?

Yes, these last 15 pounds are hard. They will be hard. You will be lucky to lose a pound in a week at this point, so your idea of dropping 15 pounds in 2-3 weeks is not only unrealistic but laughably so.

First of all, you probably aren't burning 1500-2000 calories because most people simply do not calculate this accurately. The only way you can calculate it accurately is to be monitored by sports doctors during your workout with various electrodes so they can analyze it. Simply calculating some numbers based on height, weight and gender doesn't cut it, and neither do electronic calorie counters.

Second, your diet is awful, and I'm not even talking about McDonalds. You are simply eating too little. This doesn't cause you to blast fat, but instead causes you to retain fat because your body thinks you are starving. At best, you will lose weight by cannibalizing your own muscle, leaving you with a lighter, but flabbier, body. Is that really what you want?

As for the McDonalds, this is exactly why calorie counting sucks: you somehow think that it's "okay" to eat this trash as long as you workout more. That's not how it works. You're putting trash into your body and then wondering why it isn't performing well.

I have had success losing 10+ pounds (about 100lbs, actually) and it was done through:
-heavy cardio
-heavy weight training
-yoga
-proper nutrition

It took me about 10 months to do all of this. Happy to share more specifics if you contact me.

How long does it usually take to go from weighing 210 lbs to at least a 135 or 140?

“Usually”? OK then, the factual answer— The usual time period for a 25 year old person weighing 210 pounds to slim down to 140 is roughly 50 years. It usually happens during the several months after death.I’m guessing you actually want to be unusual in this case though. One data point should not be trusted for much. But for what it’s worth, when I dropped from 220 to 170, it took about one year. I was not focused on getting to 170, and I wasn’t focused on doing it in one year. I was simply focused on putting the right nutrition into my body (which meant lots of protein, a bit of fat, and an absolute minimum of carbs) while lifting progressively heavier weights each week. That worked way better for me than running or aerobics. But what works can be different for everyone. It’s a long haul. So it’s really less about what plan will cause you to lose the most weight, and more about finding what weight loss plan you can sustain indefinitely. Not “what are the best ideas?”, but “what good ideas can I stick to?”Good luck!

How many jello shots would it take for a woman under 120 lbs to get tipsy and how many to get drunk?

Yes, not only does it depend on your size and the alcohol but yes, also your tolerance. But, important tip, if you don't start feeling them right away... that is normal! don't overindulge. because it's not straight liquid alcohol the alcohol does not enter your bloodstream right away. Instead, it digests and enters that way so one doesn't feel the affects of the alcohol until a little later.

I'm 16, 190 lbs and 5'8. I'd like to be 115-120 lbs in two months. How could I cut down all that weight quickly?

“I'm 16, 190 lbs and 5'8. I'd like to be 115-120 lbs in two months. How could I cut down all that weight quickly?”I’ve struggled with weight issues too so I understand your feeling of urgency, however, your expectation is unrealistic and if you attempt to lose that much weight so quickly, you will be doing yourself harm, possibly permanent harm.Let’s do the math on this to make it clear what why you can’t lose this amount of weight so fast. You want to lose at least 70 lbs in two months. If we assume that’s going to be about 9 weeks, you will need to lose nearly 8 lbs per week. In order to lose 8 lbs per week, you have to generate a caloric deficit of 28,000 calories per week (1 lb = 3, 500 calories; 8 lbs x 3,500 = 28,000 calories) or 4,000 calories per day.Your basal metabolic rate at your current weight is about 1700 calories per day - this is the number of calories needed for the basic functioning and maintenance of your body systems. If you were a high performance athlete working out for hours every day, you would need about 3,300 calories per day to maintain your health. If you were capable of eating nothing and working out like an elite athlete every day, you would burn 3,300 calories - 700 calories less than your goal.As you lose weight, you need fewer calories. At 150 lbs, your BMR requirement is 1,1519 and calories needed to function at the elite athlete level is 2,886.At 120 lbs, your BMR requirement is 1,383 and calories needed to function at the elite athlete level is 2,627.A safe rate of weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs per week which means you could lose about 10–20 lbs in the period you defined (initially, dieting will cause you to lose some water which tends to increase the rate of weight loss for the first week or two).To do that, you would need to restrict your caloric intake to 1,200 - 1,500 calories per day. If you lost 15 - 20 lbs but also improved your muscle tone through exercise, you would carry your weight differently so could look as if you had actually lost more weight than that. This would be a more realistic approach for you. Before you take any action with respect to your weight, you should talk to your doctor about your interest in losing weight and undergo an assessment to determine if there are any metabolic obstacles to losing weight, such as an underactive thyroid gland.

How much vitamin C can kill you? Does it vary with weight (90 lbs, 110 lbs, 150 lbs etc.)?

Vitamin C is not exactly a drug. The one found in bottles may be manufactured in labs but it it is the same molecule as the one found in vegetables and fruits. So vitamin C is a natural antioxidant which has the disadvantage of quick pass through the human body because its water soluble. The latter also means that it cannot be stored in the human body. On the other hand there are side effects if one consumes more than 6 gramms of vitamin C per day (which is actually a really large quantity since the usual pills have about 0,5 gramm of vitamin each) like temporary diarrhea and kidney stones, which as far as I know do not cause death.
