It will take more than a few hours. I had never use that card before but with checks and money it usually take one business day. First they put in 100.00 than the rest over night. Sometimes if you check at 3:00 am in the morning, all of the deposit will be in your account, sometimes after 8 the next morning. You can always call them and ask but if you deposit it today, it might be in your account by tomorrow. Even if you don't have enough money in your account but you used your account to pay for something, Wellsfargo will not charge you because you have deposit pending. seconds, they should take seconds, but banks take advantage of daily interest on YOUR money and then many times charge for international transfers. probably sitting there in the shadows waiting for an overdraft so they can charge you for that too! It is a racket and scam, but hey we are talking about the banks! Pure scum that group! Don’t get me wrong tellers are not the problem, they are not to blame, and unfortunately get a lot of the heat from customers for bank abuses. Corporate America and its banking system will suck every dollar and drop of life from you, just give them time! 5 days for an international money transfer is the bank making money off of your money. Even one day is ludicrous, over 24 hours is unneeded. But the first day the bank you made the transfer to will keep it for 24 hours to make money of it, then the next bank and intermediaries Swift use your free money to make money for 24 hours, so if there is also an intermediary for your bank, they will also keep it for a day, ya know cause they don’t want to miss out on free cash either, then your bank get the information, and they keep it a day n their account, before transferring it to the final user. Meanwhile the transfer was “paid for” and everyone along the chain has made money off of your transfer, while you sit patiently in waiting.

Hello,Under NEFT when you remit money online (or going physically to the Branch) from one bank to another bank….. normally it takes 3 to 4 hours. It depends on the traffic. The remittances from all the Banks within India use the gateway of Reserve Bank of India for this purpose. If you do it during peak hours -after 12 Noon- it will take more time though it happens on the same day.NEFT timings are from 8.00AM to 6.30PM real time. Traffic will be relatively low in the early hours and at its peak between 3.00 PM to 6.30 PM. There is a way to make it happen a bit fast by scheduling it in off time…all the Banks provide this option. Better plan it to get it included in the morning hour batches. For that I would advise to schedule it accessing your online banking during NEFT offline timings between 6.00AM to 8.00AM- be the early bird…(still better would be to schedule it from previous day 6.30 PM itself). It may land around 9 –11AM. Try it.
