I have found the information posted to be off.You can start by walking roughly around 2 1/2 Kilometers a day. That’s roughly 1.5 miles. As long as you eat healthy and you don't have any eating disorders, I think your weight is nothing to worry about. But if your weight goes lower than it is now, that would be unhealthy.

Is 205 lbs overweight for a Male that is 5 feet 11 inches tall?

i used to always be about 160 lbs. but last year i gained about 40 pounds. My eating habits have not changed. but My physical activity has. i used to do manual labor 13 hours a day 6 days a week. i started gaining back then but stopped working. these days i sit in front of a computer all day long. so i guess its normal considering i still eat the same as i did when i was physical all day. so i guess its no mystery why i gained wight. but My concern is my health. what is a healthy number for a male 5 feet 11 inches tall? is 205 to Much? should i try to get myself back down to 160?
