How Many 4mg Pieces Of Nicorette Gum A Day Is To Many I Seem To Chew Them One Right After Another

Where can I buy nicotine patches in India?

Nicotine patches are available in all medical stores around the country. I am not sure if they are available online, but you will surely find them at good medical stores.Nicotine patch is a smoking deterrent designed to help you quit smoking. It works by providing lower levels of nicotine which may help you quit smoking by decreasing the physical signs of withdrawal symptoms. One must consult the doctor before using a nicotine patch because medicines may interact with it. In case you have allergies, to medicines, foods, or other substances (including adhesive tape). If you have skin problems or have heart problems, like irregular heartbeat, or you have had a recent heart attack or if you have high blood pressure, you ought to be sure before you use a nicotine patch as it can react with any of your pills.I would suggest that the safest alternative to ‘quit smoking’ is Vaping. One does not need to consult a doctor before they start vaping. My best friend from college, was a chain smoker, she used the concept of vaping to quit smoking. She has been doing it for two years now. Vaping made him quit smoking in 48 hours.Vaping is a better alternative to nicotine patches, because Nicotine patches come with a set of safety rules. If you begin to have vivid dreams or other sleeping problems, remove the patch at bedtime (after wearing it for about 16 hours). Put on a new patch when you wake up the next day.Do not smoke or use tobacco products while you are using nicotine patch. This includes times when you are not wearing the patch.Tell your doctor, dentist, or other health care provider that you use nicotine patch before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery.Use nicotine patch with caution in the ELDERLY; they may be more sensitive to its effects.PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: Nicotine patch may cause harm to the fetus. Usage of nicotine patches are not as effective as they seem to quit smoking, one needs to involve in the larger program if they want to quit because patches alone don’t help much. It cannot be used by pregnant mothers as it can harm the fetus. One must surely consult the doctor before using nicotine patches, as it has the possibility of reacting in your body. Quit Smoking. Start Vaping. Stay Safe.

Is Nicotex chewing useful in quitting the habit of smoking?

I used to be a smoker back in college, a chain smoker you could say.I would lose my mind every time I needed a smoke and didn’t have it right in my pocket. There was this one day when I went mad, cause the nearest panwadi/kiosk to my college was shut, and there was nothing around in the vicinity of about 10 kms.Such misery! That night I didn’t get a smoke, I was crying and running around like a mad dog at 3 am, knocking doors trying to get a smoke.I returned to my room, howling like a psycho. Once I hit my bed, I pondered over what this had done to me, I had gone mad, I had completely lost it.I realised what I had done. A cigarette, just a cigarette had landed me in a situation where the entire college thought I was a PSYCHO, because I couldn’t get a smoke at night. At that point, I knew I had to quit!I was desperate, I had to get rid of it. I tried everything available in the market, Nicotex gums, patches and pills, but nothing worked.Nicotine gums tasted shitty and they hurt my throat, who would want to chew nicotine? It made me feel sick!Vaping did the trick for me. Vaping is a technology which has already helped 45 million people quit smoking. So from my personal experience, I would advice everyone to switch to Vaping. It does not have tobacco, tar, or any harmful chemicals, neither does it cause cancer. As per Public Health England, vaping is 95% healthier than smoking. That’s my story. That’s how I switched!Choose Your Health. Say No to Tobacco!

I'd like to use nicorette gum to quit smoking, but it seems I may be allergic to it....?

I grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the home of RJ Reynolds tobacco company. RJR makes cigarettes - and lots of them - and has done so for many years. Ol' Richard Joshua Reynolds himself built half the town it seems over one hundred years ago. Because Mr. Reynolds added a bunch to the top line of the local economy, he was well-liked. When he died, I suspect the city mourned the death of the cigarette magnate, who most certainly smoked cigarettes himself, for some time. Even today, local tour guides defend RJR by specifically noting that he died of pancreatic cancer, not lung cancer. This point becomes a bit less defendable, though, when you understand that cigarette smoking increases the risk of pancreatic cancer many-fold. And as far as all the other bad things that cigarettes do to your body, that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Most people associate cigarette smoking with either nothing bad at all or with lung cancer. In fact, a recent article in a leading medical journal that showed that most smokers don't even think they're at increased risk for heart disease. But they are. And smoking also causes esophageal cancer, bladder cancer, and stomach cancer, not to mention emphysema. I've discussed cancers elsewhere, so emphysema deserves special note here. This is a disease characterized by difficulty breathing, which, by the way, is not a lot of fun. To try it, jump in a lake and breathe several times underwater. What you will experience is similar to that which you will observe in particular patients in a hospital pulmonary ward. I would argue that fewer people would smoke if they visited with emphysema patients. Gasping for breath and drowning in your own secretions is not a pretty sight.

I just smoked a cigarette after 4 months of quitting it and I feel horrifically guilty. What should I do?
