How Many People Have Gotten Prk

How many people have died at lagoon amusment park in farmington utah?

@Hannah, you suck at googling, you call 4 people a lot?

This is the best i got;

'Tragically, in 1989 Lagoon had two deaths on their rides.
One on the Roller Coaster and one on Puff. These are
the only two guests that have ever died on rides at Lagoon'

Oh, but wait.. i stand corrected;

'Four people.

Here's the story: 2 guys were killed sometime in or
around the 1940s. They were both in their twenties
and both were killed on the roller coaster. Not much
info on exactly how they died. For the next fifty years,
nothing. Then, in 1989, two kids were killed within
six weeks of each other.

A six year old boy was killed on Puff the Dragon.
Yeah, talk about depressing. Finally, a 13 year old
girl was killed on the roller coaster. It was apparently
a fluke of physics. She was 5'3" and weighed a mere 71
pounds. She was thrown from the coaster (while the lap
restraint was still in place) and fell 40 feet to her death.'

How many people have died at Disney World?

I too went to Wikipedia like Kyle Andrew but only counted 41 employee or guest deaths not including 3 people who died in a plane crash trying to land in EPCOT parking lot and 2 people who appeared to have drowned when their car went into a ditch. These deaths have occurred over a 46 year period at Disney World.The majority of deaths seem to be natural due to an underlying medical condition known or unknown. Many were heart attacks, there were several drownings (hotels, parks and water parks), deaths involving vehicles were more common and of course the tragedy of the young child and alligator. One child contracted a bacterial infection that killed him after swimming at River Country (now closed).However, there appear to be no deaths to guests due to any ride malfunctions. Several employees have been killed while working on rides for maintenance and an employee was killed while driving the monorail. The only guest I found that was killed on a ride at Disney World was a gentleman who felt ill and got out of the moving tram car on Splash Mountain and was struck by the next car.There have been several injuries on rides but again the majority of those injuries have been guests not following ride instructions or guests having issues disembarking a ride due to malfunctioning equipment or just plain accidents.

How many people go to Disney World in a day?

This question has multiple answers depending on your view of what constitutes “going” to Disney World. The Walt Disney World Resort is a massive complex with 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, the Disney Springs shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, 2 miniature golf courses, several golf courses, and over 25 resorts.[1]With the assumption that you mean going to the theme parks, I found the following information.According to the most recent numbers available from the Themed Entertainment Association for the 2017 year, the Magic Kingdom welcomed 20,450,000 guests; Disney’s Animal Kingdom welcomed 12,500,000 guests; Epcot welcomed 12,200,000 guests; and Disney’s Hollywood Studios welcomed 10,722,000 guests. Since Hurricane Irma forced The Walt Disney Company to close all four Walt Disney World theme parks for 2 days, the parks were only open 363 days in 2017. Given the two closed days, I’ve calculated an average for each theme park as well as a total for the 4 theme parks daily.[2]Magic Kingdom Park: 56,336 guests per dayDisney’s Animal Kingdom: 34,435 guests per dayEpcot: 33,608 guests per dayDisney’s Hollywood Studios: 29,537 guests per day4 Theme Park Total: 153,196 guests per dayAdditionally, the two Disney water parks welcomed a combined 4,108,000 guests in 2017, for an average of 11,317 guests per day. Added to the total for the theme parks, that brings the total guests to 164,513 guests per day. This does not include guests staying at resort hotels or visiting other resort areas.Footnotes[1] Someone Ate the Page![2] http://www.teaconnect.org/images...

Why do people get so angry at parking tickets?

I'm a parking enforcement officer and I ticket people daily. Don't get me wrong, I feel for the people. I've gotten my vehicle for expired meters and I've even had my vehicle TOWED for being abandoned. But all in all, I've always realized it was my fault and no one to blame but myself. Now since becoming a parking enforcement officer, I find people who blame me for THEIR mistakes. Why? You know the rules. You see the signs. Why give me crap if I'm just doing my job. Your pissed at your car getting towed by me? Well why didn't you pay your tickets? If you would have paid that little $30 ticket the first time instead of the 20, $30 tickets that have now doubled in late fees, now your looking at paying close to $700-$800 just to get your car out when you could have just avoided that by paying your 1st ticket at $30... I don't get it. Why am I the ******? No no. Why are you upset at me just doing my job? Just wondering.

I can't wait to hear the interesting comments.

What's the worst parking ticket you have gotten?

It was one two weeks ago.After having my motorbike destroyed I drove for once.I parked up in a pay and display car park in Manchester near but not in the city centre.I went to the machine to put money in it. It was broken so I went to the other one on the other side of the car park. It was one of those smart ANPR type car parks. I entered my number plate (carefully) and paid the money.I got a ticket this afternoon.How?I went in apparently at 11.04am I paid for my parking for 1 hour at the machine at 11.11am. I left at 10.56am. The ticket stated I didn’t pay between 11.04am and 11.11am and therefore was subject to a penalty charge.I sent the appeal off immediately.

How many parking tickets have you gotten in your lifetime?

About six.Five of these were when Manchester parking enforcement were super zealous and clearly had a quota for their parking attendants. They were pressured so heavily that parking attendants would put tickets on buses dropping off passengers.Parking ticket slapped on bus2 of those where when my bike had been involved in an accident and was in no way a vehicle any more. I appealed those and one of them was rescinded.3 of those were being on the line of motorbike parking bay. This was in between two other motorbike bays yet I got a ticket. One was rescinded the other two stood.The final one was in a camera controlled car park. They had just changed over to a camera controlled car park. You had to ask at the tills for your car number plate to be put onto the system. If you didn’t you got a ticket. I didn’t know of the change over. I got a ticket. I appealed and got an email back 2 seconds later saying it was denied.

I got a parking ticket in San Diego. Confused about the rules?

I was in Downtown San Diego and I parked on the street next to a meter. Many people were also parking there but were not putting any money on the meters. There was a sign that said no parking between the hours of 6pm to 2am. I parked there at 1pm so I figured I didn't have to put any money in the meter since nobody else was and I had a right to park there at that time of the day. When I came back, I had a parking ticket on my windshield, as all the other cars there did too. Is there a way to get this appealed or was I in the wrong? I am confused about the rules, since I hardly ever park in metered parking.

Math problem. pls. help me and explain how you got your answer. thanks...?

I'm not going to give you all the answers (that would be cheating...) but I will tell you how to solve the problems. The equation for point-slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1). Now, since this is a word problem, you need to assign a variable to represent different parts of the problem. It helps to write out exactly what each variable stands for. When I solved this, I had x represent the number of years since 1990, and y represent the number of people that had visited the park. Then, you would use the given information to replace the y1, x1, and m. M is the slope. The number of visits increases 23.9 thousand a year, so this would be the slope. So, one you fill in the given information, the equation would be y-1102.4=23.9(x-10) (Keep in mind this equation would represent the number of people in thousands). You would then simplify this to y=23.9x+863.4. Then, since x is equal to the number of years since 1990, and you are trying to find the number of visitors in 1995, you would make x=5, and then solve for y to find the number of visitors (in thousands).

For the second one, you have information for all of the variables but m. I have x represent the number of years since 1980, and y represent the population density. You'd plug the values into the point slope equation (or the equation for slope m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) now that i think about it) and get 14.28-11.62=m(19-5). You'd simplify that, and m=.19. Now, you can use that and the point slope form. It doesn't matter whether you use the population density from 1985 or 1999 for the y1 or x1, as long as you stay constant. I used the population density from 1985, and got the equation y-11.62=.19(x-5). You'd simplify equation to y=.19x+10.67. To find the population density in 1990, you'd make x=10, and solve.

Please keep in mind that I am not perfect, and I am simply answering this to the best of my abilities. I may have gotten this wrong or made a math error, but I have tried my best. I hope this helped! :)

ps, sorry about the 2nd problem, i hope i helped. Don't be so hard on yourself, stay positive and keep working hard, everyone gets confused now and again :) Good luck!
