How Many Pictures Can U Take At One Go Using Your Phone Without Draining The Battery

Could my locker be draining my cell phone battery???

Not unless you locker is made of concrete. Concrete will drain a battery very quickly. I think because of the cold. It may be because of low signal, but I have the enV and mine and most all phones go into a power-save mode when they are without signal and not being used after like 20 minutes. If you have some signal but not much that could be it. You may also need a new battery. Is the battery old? Do you drain it all the way till its dead a lot or leave it dead for long periods of time? Do you charge it a little bit at a time or all at once? If yes you may need a new battery. Also if the front screen is on constantly that will drain it. To keep a battery good for as long as possible, charge it slowly (slow home charger-not quick car charger) all at once, and when it gets down to 2 bars. Do not allow it to die or even worse, leave it dead. If it does die, charge it ASAP.

Does having location turned on a phone use a lot of battery?

Even if you have location service turned on, you will only lose battery if an app requires location information (facebook, instagram etc.), and even then, loss of battery is little, because they only request location info once or a few times during usage. However, there are apps that requires constant location info, which means they will always (or very often) be locating you, such as games like Pokemon Go, or your camera app (if you turn on Geotagging, it will attempt to locate you every time you take a picture). Those apps will chew through your battery. So if you want to save battery, avoid using those apps, or turn off location service in the app settings (if you can).

Does having a lot of apps drain the battery of my phone?

Does having more than two cars parked into your garage drains more fuel ? Well not unless you use all of them simultaneously.Same goes with apps and mobile battery.Having 100s of apps will not necessarily drain more battery, but using them all at a time will surely drain hell of a battery.Suppose you have youtube, gmail, camera, facebook, twitter and gallery only these six apps installed on your device and you are watching videos on YouTube, scanning to FB posts, twitting your friends, writting a mail all at same time buy multitasking between apps then yes your battery will take a toll. And now if you have gmail, youtube, fb, twitter, camera, gallery, prisma, nova3, true caller, whatsapp, Snapchat, instagram and n number of other apps on your phone but you watch the video on YouTube then close the app and open whatsapp use it and close it then the mail.., this will cause less battery drain because you are not switching between the task rather completing one allowing the RAM to be cleared then moving to other this consumes less on CPU and less on RAM hence less power is consumed.

Why does my phone battery drain so quickly? If I put more files (documents, photo, music, etc.) on my phone, can this action decrease my battery life?

No, music, documents and photos won’t decrease your battery life by any measurable amount.Apps, particularly those with background services, is what drains battery life.Phones have some tools for seeing why the battery is draining. Look in your battery settings for the list of applications that are keeping the CPU “awake” during the day, and work on uninstalling them. Also, hardware drains battery. Make sure you turn off (or down) as much phone hardware as you can: WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, screen brightness, 3D graphics, portable hotspot, camera, speaker volume, vibration.Last, being in a place with zero or poor cell signal can drain your battery too. The phone has to crank up its output power in order to be heard by the far-away cell tower. This would be a good time to turn on airplane mode or otherwise turn off the cellular radio.

How can I stop my phone from losing so much battery?

Here are the things I follow to keep my Battery optimized :Avoid using unnecessary features. If you know it will be a while before your phone’s next charge, don’t use the camera or connect to the Internet. Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly.Turn off Bluetooth. It will drain your battery very quickly.Same goes for WIFI, GPS, and infrared capabilities, if your phone has these features built in. Keep them off except when you need them.Turn the brightness of the display to the lowest setting possible.Use GSM rather than 3G - Using your phone in 3G / Dual Mode will drain the battery quicker than if you just use GSM modeWith a smartphone, avoid using moving or animated pictures or videos for your background. Animated backgrounds will drain the battery faster.Avoid fully discharging a lithium-ion battery! Unlike Ni-Cd batteries, lithium-ion batteries' life is shortened every time you fully discharge them. Instead, charge them when the battery meter shows one bar left.Turn power saver on and charge the phone while it is on. Also be sure to not charge the phone too much; it may reduce the life of the battery, requiring you to buy a whole new battery.Check to see if your phone has a "Battery Save" option. If so, you can turn this on to increase the life of your battery.Upload and sync only on Wi-Fi--If you're a keen Dropbox user or rely heavily on music syncing services, you'll benefit greatly from only doing your uploading through Wi-Fi.Don't use vibrate---Prefer to have your phone alert you to incoming calls by vibrating rather than playing a ringtone? We understand the inclination; unfortunately, vibrating uses much more power than playing a ringtone does.I also use DU Battery Saver & DU Speed booster - DU Battery Saver丨Power Doctor   -DU Speed Booster丨Cache Cleaner ---                     Hope this helps ..:)

How long does it take an alternator to drain a new battery?

Back in September my car didn’t want to start. The horn and locks didn’t work and I knew the battery was dead. The battery was 4 years old so it was about time for a new one. I did consider it could possibly be the alternator, but after charging the battery i tested it in a different vehicle and it ended up dying again. I purchased a new battery the next day on September 11th. After replacing it I didn’t have any problems at all. On October 6th it wouldn’t start and knew the battery died because once again the horn and locks wouldn’t work. Does it take almost a month for an alternator to drain a new battery?
