It would look stunning, try a blue based shades, here's some recomenations. Lipsticks (full on red lips) MAC's Russian Red or MAC Red, Revlons Matte lipstick in Really Red, Rimmel's Temptation, NARS's Scarlet Empress or if you wanted a more toned down look you could go for something like Revlon's Lip Butter in Candy Apple, Korres Lip Butter in Wild Rose, or a lipgloss like MAC lipglass in Russian Red, Lusterglass in Venitian. these would give you a more sheer red so it would be less full on and strong. Or Try a stain like Benefit's BeneTint, Maybelline Shy Red or Revlon Just Bitten in Gothic. A great alternative to a red is Revlons' Cherries in the Snow, a beautiful red-pink, kind of watermelon-cherry colour it would still look very classic but it would be a bit more modern. personally I'd advise you to go for red, Emerald Green, Black Lace, Winged out Liner and Red lips would a beautiful classy combination for an event, keep your blush quite natural and your eyes toned down and you've got this looking PERFECT!.

Try putting the lid on it (very loosely so air can get in) and put it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. It should melt the chap stick and then drain back into the pot. (To get it off of the lid) Then you Can stick it in the freezer or refrigerator so it can harden back up. The same works for broken lipstick. You can use a lighter to heat up one end and then stick it back on the base. Then pop it in the freezer. Hope this helped! (:

What is a good drugstore that is cheap?
Drugstores inflate makeup prices so they can run those BOGO sales. Even then, the prices are rarely lower than they would be at Target, WalMart or Harmon Discount or Harmon Face Values. Harmon stores are probably the cheapest overall, but they are not national. If you don't have them in your area, you're better off at Walmart or Target than in CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen's, etc. In my area, CVS is always the highest regular pricing. ETA: If your Bed Bath and Beyond has a makeup section, that is a Harmon Discount department.
What kind of makeup should i buy for school pictures?

Yes target sells makeup so much cheaper than Rite aid, CVS and Walgreen's But Not all always you need to check Newspaper Because sometimes this Stores Gives 40% in brands like Revlon and Loreal Ive got great deals Like Lip butters were $5 at Rite aid and Target was $7. But Walmart is cheaper than Target Walmart has best return policy Target doesnt Give full refund on Opened products this reason I rarely get my makeup at Target.

I definitely recommend it :) I tried their Tattoo concealer and it covers amazing i think you should buy the concealer and use it on your acne problem areas and then use a good powder over all that. If you want a brightened up pretty natural face i say use a concealer a shade lighter then your regular tone and pat it on your under eyes in a V shape and then apply that on your chin and bridge of your nose and blend it it and apply it on your dark spots it will brighten your face up.
What is a good makeup look for a junior in high school?
Keep it minimal and stick to natural tones when you are heading out. Of course when you are home you can practice and try out lots of looks and ideas, after all if no one is looking you are free to experiment and be dramatic. But once you step outside it is a whole different story. Many people think junior high is too young for makeup and it can be so start out slow. When you are first starting out play with a little translucent powder or tinted moisturizer. Tinted moisturizer is lighter then typical foundation. Glossier makes one called Perfecting Skin Tint and it is made to be the perfect answer to that happy middle ground between bare skin and traditional foundation. In addition to a light tinted moisturizer wear a little mascara. Do not go overboard with it. To start stick to one coat. And finally for lips look for a moisturizing formula or a lipstick/gloss combo. And choose a color that is similar in tone to your natural lip color--usually a light pinkish brown. Stay away from bright colors, reds or matte toned lipsticks. Junior high is just too young for such severe makeup. And for some step by step instructions here is a video from teens for teens on how to do your make. The teens are a bit older in this video but you can practice these techniques so when you turn 16 you will be ready to go. But for the time being keep your makeup routine to a light tinted moisturizer, a little mascara and a light brownish pink gloss. Hold off on eye shadow until you are older, but keep practicing, it's fun!
