How Many Times Can I Install The Sims 4

Does The Sims gets harder to run as I install more and more expansions?

I’m not sure that it’s the GB size of the actual packs that matter, but yes the more content you have in your game the slower it will be, at least when loading. I’ve noticed this with each one over the years. Especially if you also use CC (Custom Content). It will take longer to load certain parts of the game, namely CAS and Build Mode. Because stuff packs and expansions add, well, more stuff for the game to load in.Edit: Just a little note I thought I’d add, I know that it definitely does affect it because it happens to me too, I could run the base game alone on High, but the more expansions and stuff packs I add the slower it starts to run and I have to turn the graphics down, and that’s without CC. I took out all of my custom content a while ago to find one faulty file, my game ran a lot better without all the extra stuff to load. Also it may be worth adding that with The Sims 3, they added an option to disable and enable whatever packs you wanted each time you open the launcher, specifically for performance reasons. So it’s definitely nothing wrong with your computer, the sheer amount of stuff you put in it can certainly start to slow it down.

I lost the Sims 2, Bon Voyage code to install the game on my computer?

I was able to install the Sims 2 Boy Voyage onto my computer last summer, the same way I install all the sims 2 applications that I buy (I'm a bit of an addict. I never liked video games until i played this one. Its a fun pass time for rainy days).

My computer had a virus and my boyfriend wiped out everything on the computer and still has not re-installed anything.

In the mean time, I have put all of my Sims 2 games onto my laptop :) I really want to put the Boy Voyage one on it(I never even got to play it. I installed it and never played).

However! I have mis-placed the little booklet that comes with the game, which also has the code on it that i need to type in to start the game installation.

Is there any way that I can still download the game? If I some how contact EA would they give me a new code? I have the box, with the bar code (for proof of purchase)...but not the little book with the code on the back.

It says when I start the installation that the code would be on the back of that little book or on the back of the cd/dvd case. Its not on the case its self.

How many times can you install the Sims 2?

you can use the code any amount of times you want, install it as many times as you want and play it as many times as you want. The game doesn't detect whether or not a code has been used more than 5 times or something so installing multiple times insn't a problem.

hope i helped :D

How can I install my Sims 4 game when my activation code has already been used?

If you own a physical copy of the game then you are legally allowed to have 1 digital backup copy to use in case the disc fails to work or something like that. So if you have proof that you purchased the game then all you need to do is go to Download music, movies, games, software! The Pirate Bay and download a cracked copy to play, if the fbi comes knocking about it(which they wont) just show them the proof that you bought the game. Thats why those sites are allowed to exist.

Can You Reuse Installation Codes/Keys?

Yes, but some games only let you install it so many times.

Also, you may be able to install the game on multiple computers, but you won't be able to get online with all those computers at the same time. For example, if you used the same CD key for 5 PCs, only 1 PC can be online (there are exceptions).

How to install multiple custom content at a time on Sims 3?

It depends what kind of file your custom content is.

If the content is in Sims3Pack format (the type you just install through the launcher) then all you need to do is put the files back in your sims 3 downloads folder (Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Downloads) and they'll reappear in the 'downloads' tab in the launcher next time you run it. You can then just click 'select all' and install them all at once.

If they were archive files in mods/packages folders then you just need to put them back in the right place and they'll show up in the game as before. If you need to check your set up for this, here's a link to my step by step guide to installing package files:

The sims 2: seasons game won't install on my computer?

I don't know, but I think that on the Sims 2 Seasons you don't have enough space because if you did it would work. Try deleting or un-installing some of your things you don't need.

Why won't my Sims 2 expansion packs install?

OK there are two different things involved here.

The first message is just standard and means, "if things go wrong with the installation or you decide you don't want to use this EP after all, you will not be able to go back to your saved games because the installation of the EP changes the game files. Therefore, make a backup before we start." That's all. It's just a warning to say make a backup just in case. If you want to do that - copy the save game files and then go ahead with the installation.

The second thing is a problem with the installation itself. There are a couple of points here too. First of all, University is known to be a bit dodgy about installing and a lot of people have had problems with it. But so you know, you can install the games as many times as you like - there's no restriction.

However, what you have here is a problem with the disk. That error message is describing a specific problem. Basically, what is happening is that the disk drive can't, for some reason, spin the disk fast enough for the drive reader to read all the files. So, it aborts the installation.

The reason might be very simple indeed - it might just be a small speck of dust on the disk. It can be so small you can't see it. So the first thing you should try is cleaning it. Use a lint-free cloth and wipe carefully from the centre outwards (not round and round).

If that doesn't work, you can try a manual installation. This always works unless you don't follow the instructions properly or there really is something wrong with the disk.

The instructions for manual installation are on the EA Games site (not the main sims site):

1. Go to EA Games
2. Go to the Technical Help section
3. Use the search bar to search for Sims 2 manual installation (or something similar)
4. Several clickable linked threads will pop up - make sure you choose the one for University

Follow the instructions there. It's not hard but you do need to do it right. When I installed the game on my new computer last year, I had to do this with Nightlife. Worked just fine.

Does installing a Sims 3 expansion pack interfere with Mods and CC?

Not normally. Normally the only time there’s a problem with mods is when the base game is updated. That invariably means that any script mods may no longer work unless they are updated by the creator. I find that what i would call, “item” mods, such as clothing, makeup, hair etc aren’t usually affected by game updates.

Do Sims in The Sims 4 blink? Do Sims blink in any of the Sims series? I don't really pay attention.
