How Much Can I Save If I Use Electronic Cigarettes

How much do Electronic Cigarettes cost?

Hey,

They can range from $12-$200. Now it comes down to what you want in a e-cig. Just remember that not all are created equal.

The $12-$15 are called disposables. They only last about a day or 2 and then you throw them away. I usually tell people to avoid these types. The end result usually ends up being more expensive if not the same cost as real cigarettes. Also, they are usually cheap products.

The $20-$40 range a called limited starter kits. These kits are usually the worst ones you can buy. The products are really cheap and poorly made. The performance is non-existent, meaning it will feel like smoking air, not a cigarette if it even works. The kits only come with 1 battery a couple cartridges and 1 USB charger. Not a good started kit.

The $60-70 Kits are a better start, but this is where you have to be careful. make sure the kit comes with at least 2 batteries, 5 cartridges and 2 chargers. A wall charger and USB. some can also fell like smoking air at this price too.

Anything over $90 just walk away, too much money for the same product you can get for$ 60-$70.

So the next thing i would say it what are you looking for? you may have to buy a couple kits to find the one right for you, but i will give you a link to a website I bought mine from.

I will say if you are an ultra light smoker, this is not for you. Smox e-cigs pack a punch and produce a ton of vapor. They are perfect if you smoke lights to reds, just adjust your drag time. 4 seconds for strong and 2 seconds for light.

Ive been vaping for 2 years and no real cigs, i wish you best of luck and if you have any questions just e-mail me Mjalinsky@hotmail.com

Have you ever used the electronic cigarette? If yes, for what purporse?

I had smoked for 30 years, and ended up working on the 20-somethingth floor of the Prudential Tower in Boston. In a town which generally opposes sky-scrapers, this modest exception serves primarily as a platform to encourage the Red Sox, who can see it from Fenway Park :(That blue thing on top alerts fans to whether the game is going to be rained out.)So from near the top of that thing, I had to take an elevator down 20 floors, and then walk several blocks to get outside the Copley complex in order to smoke. It was, in summary, a drag. (Sorry.)So I bought an e-cig when they were first coming out. I thought I could sneak a few hits from my desk and avoid the Addict Walk of Shame all that way.I really took to it, though. I began to use it more and more, at home and everywhere else. And I noticed something began to change in me.All that attention I had once given to where my cigarettes are and how many were left I now directed to my vape. I cared more about where my vape was than my cigarettes. One day I looked in my backpack, and my cigarettes tumbled out. They were stale. I hadn’t lit one in 3 weeks. Since they were no good anymore, I threw them out.A few minutes later I thought to myself, “Wow. I guess I just quit smoking. After all those times when I tried so hard to quit, I ended doing it … unintentionally.”

How much can I save if I use electronic cigarettes?

I heard many times from the elder that you are wasting your many in the smoke. Often my non smokers friends talk about that if you not smoke for one year than you can buy your awn car. Then I started the e-cig and it save my my 70% budget that a I spent on the tobacco cigarette. I think you are also thinking about this idea. Then quickly visit the site http://justbettersmoking.com/ this is ever best site recognized to me about the E-cigs. Thanks!!

How do I use an electronic cigarette?

First make sure the battery is charged and that the atomizer has e-liquid; then just press the button that is placed in the center of the eCig and drag as you do with a regular cigarette, than release the button and exhale. Congratulations; you are now a vaping enthusiast! .

Are there any dangers in using electronic cigarettes?

Quitting is always the best option. I would check any adverse affects cause by not just smoking but nicotine...and of course, ask your physician.

I quit after 10 years of smoking traditional cigarettes by switching to electronic. I think 50% of it for me was the actual act of smoking, which the e-cigarette obviously helps. The ecig doesn’t smell, no second hand smoke, you can smoke it pretty much everywhere, and you still get your nicotine with much less chemicals!

I guess the companies don’t make quit smoking or health claims due to FDA regulations but common sense says 4000+ chemicals vs. a few is going to be much much healthier for you.

As far as brands, just do your research. I tried a few before finding ProSmoke but everyone might want something different. Check cigreviews and electroniccigarettespot for opinions and reviews. The other brands came close but I am very content with what I have now.

In the long run, it is also much cheaper. I would say 50+% for smokers. God this sounds like an infomercial....but do your research and good luck quitting!

Does Medicaid cover electronic cigarette costs?

No. It is not a covered medical expense anywhere.

How can I find discount electronic cigarettes?

The electronic cigarettes are nothing but batteries and a chemical mixture in liquid form which, when heated produces vapour.E- Cigs are for those who earnestly want to quit and live a healthy and prosperous life. You can Buy Electronic Cigarettes Online at discounted rates here.

Why are many municipalities banning the use of electronic cigarettes?

As has been stated elsewhere on this question. Many local governments are banning the use of e-cigs to a varying degree, ranging from outright total bans (Singapore) to the forbidding of the use indoors in public areas. These bans are generally the result of scaremongering in the press and the tactics used by "Tobacco Control" organisations. Both of these methods are effective on local health departments, because they do not have the time and knowledge to read all the scientific documentation and research on the subject, and have to rely on "professionals" to do the legwork for them. Many of these professionals have vested interests in seeing smoking continue to decrease slowly (if at all), as their funds come primarily from the big pharmaceutical and tobacco companies. However in the UK one NHS Stop Smoking Service has started advocating e-cig use. Stop Smoking Services finally show the way! E-cigs are a growing and evolving market which is so new to many legislators, that they do not understand what to do with it in the slightest. A lot of the research on the subject is still proceeding, although results showing that e-cigs are at least 95% less harmful than combustible tobacco ones have been completed and published. The principle of harm reduction is the major selling point for vaping, unfortunately many of the AnTZ (Anti Tobacco Zealots) regard anything that even looks like smoking to be as bad as smoking itself.New work is continuously being done to improve the safety and the efficacy of e-cigs.The bulk of the new design work is actually done in the USA, the r-dna40 chip from Evolv (EVOLV - Home) being the latest upgrade to the proceedings. Evolv are currently producing new designs for control chips for e-cigs at a remarkable rate. The bulk of the cheap end of the market for the hardware is still made in China, but even there the quality of it is rising fast.E-liquids are now being made all over the world, and the bulk of it is made from European or American Pharma grade products. In the UK and in the USA testing procedures are in place to check on most e-liquids, but they are not yet compulsory. It is hoped that they will be soon, in order to get rid of those few surviving "bad juices".

Has anyone pushed the boundaries of using an electronic cigarette in public?

If you go to the external site at: avoid qatar airways - FlyerTalk Forums you will find the story of a woman who was threatened with jail for using one on a flight.   I believe I have seen another story of a woman who actually *did* end up spending a week or two in jail after such an incident.   Part of the problem in cases involving airplanes is that the pilots are pretty much given the power of God (or at least the power of a pretty heavy-handed dictator.)  If a pilot tells a passenger to do something that some judge might find at *all* reasonable, and the passenger refuses, the consequences can be pretty serious.  In situations like restaurants etc, an owner can throw you out (or have you hauled out for defiant trespassing if you refuse to leave on request) for pretty much any reason that doesn't violate the protected classes rules.  I.E. you can not be thrown out for being white, black, or green, or for being Muslim, Catholic, or Satanist, but if a restaurant owner wants all the customers to wear pink underwear on their heads while eating... well, that's their choice, and if you defy them they can call the cops on you for trespassing. In about half the US states you cannot be discriminated against on the basis of lifestyle activities by employers (i.e. they can't fire you for smoking, drinking, vaping, or having swinger-sex-parties at home on weekends) but in the other half they can.  I am not sure how those rules might apply to serving customers, but it could well be that in the states where Antismokers have successfully fought against such protections that people who smoke, drink, vape, or "sex" at home could be successfully thrown out of a business -- as noted, I don't know if this applies in that sense and would be interested in hearing if anyone has any details in the area.- MJM
