How many games will a 250 gb Xbox 360 hold?
Don't bother with the 4gb, it will handle a few game saves, profile & console settings ect, looking at my hard disc space now forza 3 and forza 4 are taking up 2.6gb and 2.9gb and that'a just save data, mw3 for example a game that is installed on to my hard drive is using 9.1gb, don't forget that apps, like bbci player, you tube etc take up space too. 250 is more than you will need but 4 really isn't enough

If your referring to arcade games and community games then it should hold about 4 - 10 games depending on how complex the game is, if it's complex it will most likely take 1GB of space or more if not it should take few MB's and that's for arcade games and community games. Also you might not even have a full four GB's because they take some of your memory for system updates. Games that you decide to keep and own, you'll need space for saved data on those games. If you have the game disc you don't need to download the game to your system all it will do is speed up your loading time and you'll still need to insert the disc to play. You can easily go to gamestop or a store that sells gaming hardware and purchase a bigger hard drive for your xbox because your hard drive is removable also make sure it's the right hard drive because their are two kinds one for the newer xbox with wifi and ones w/o. All you need is a transfer cable that they sell at the store and you can transfer all the data from your four GB hard drive to a higher GB hard drive or buy a memory card to use as extra memory for your xbox. Microsoft headset with Microsoft chat pad. Microsoft Xbox 360 Bluetooth headset. Kinect along with its Kinecta ZOOM. HD AV cables. Monster HDMI cable which i bought for $60. Microsoft media remote. Games: Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2 Collector's edition, and Mass effect 3. Skyrim along with Hearthfire DLC, Bioshock 1 and 2 and Bioshock Infinite. Assassin's Creed 1,2, Revelations, and 3. Halo 3, ODST, and 4. Call of Duty Word at War, Modern Warefare 1,2, and 3. Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2. Battlefield 3, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Halo 2 will be for free. Why am I selling my stuff? XBOX ONE OF COURSE :D (Also, the xbox is only 3-4 months old, i bought BRAND NEW, and I BOUGHT A EXTENDED WARRANTY. SO IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS OF TODAY.
Is an Xbox 360 4GB better or a 500GB better?
It��s just storage that differs here. The console remains the same in both 4Gb & 500Gb variant.Now, if you are a casual gamer(like me), you would do just fine with the 4Gb console. Given that you can increase the storage by simply plugin your HDD/USB . Xbox 360 Slim External Hard Drive?
ok so i just got an xbox 360 slim (the 4gb one), and i was looking at different internal and external hard drives. apparently, you can use up to a 16gb flash drive as storage space, per USB port. i was thinking (since i already have 2 laying around) i could just use 2, 16gb flash drives ontop of the 4 gb one and just get by on a 36 gb storage space. however, i wasnt quite sure if this would be enough for xbox live games. on one yahoo answers thread, i read that on average you can store about 2-6 xbox live games on 4 gbs of storage, and on another, i read that cod black ops alone takes at least 8.7-9 gbs to download (and i wasnt sure if they meant download to the hard drive or not!) i was just curious if anybody knew how much an average xbox live game (e.g. black ops, gaylo reach, battlefield bad co. 2, etc.) takes up with storage WITHOUT downloading it to the hard drive? will 36 gb be enough? is the 250gb hard drive just overkill from microsoft?

NO 4 GB is not enough.I have a 4 GB xbox 360 and 4 GB is enough if you want to play games like WWE. However, if you want to play big games like GTA 5, 4 GB is not enough, because GTA 5 for xbox 360 needs to install some files in your console, in fact you get 2 discs when you buy GTA 5, Disc 1 is for installing the files and disc 2 is for playing the game. The game recommends at least 8 GB of free space. To play the game I used a 16 GB Sandisk pen drive.Some games like NFS rivals, can only be installed if you have the xbox 360 hard drive, the game does not support pen drives and cannot be installed in the system space(4 GB) as the installation files are 8 GB.
Does Xbox 360 memory matter?
I think I might get an Xbox 360 and I was wondering if it mattered how much memory it has. -How much memory do games take up? -What else takes up to 4GB of memory on a gaming console? -Would it be better to buy the 4GB Slim Console for $200 or the 4GB Slim Refurbished console from Best Buy for $170. Or I could get the non-slim Elite Refurbished, but the reviews are horrid. Any other suggestions?
