They do not have a visa for arrival for Indian nationals. I entered and left from Eilat in the south, the border to Egypt.For a number of countries who can avail visa on arrival, there is a possibility of requesting the visa to be given on a separate paper but you cannot be sure they will agree. Most of the times they do it when requested but I have heard people who were forced to get it on their passport.I visited Dubai couple of years after Israel and fortunately had another passport. At that time, from what I read it was not allowed to enter UAE if you have been to Israel. My visa was a special 4 day visa to UAE managed by Emirates airlines.
