How Much Money Does Exxon Mobil

Exxon mobil offer letter?

The person who called me about the job offer was from the HR recruitment team. I met her during the interview with interviewer at the exxonmobil office. She said the offer will be depending on the results of my medical checkup. she said a person from their client contact team will contact me for further details on the offer. btw, how long their medical department will finalise the report.

What should i do with my exxon mobile stock?

While you are researching and deciding what to do with the stock, the very first thing I would do is to make sure that you've signed the stock up for a Dividend Re-Investment Program (DRIP). A DRIP takes the quarterly dividend that XOM pays and buys more stock. The longer you hold it, the more stock you'll end up owning.

As for selling or holding. Be advised if you sell you're going to have to pay capital gains come tax time, so you'll need to plan to cover the expense.

- If you NEED the money, take what you NEED and leave the rest for later.
- If you want to diversify (which you should do if you're not already), sell some percentage (less than 50%) and spread your risk into other sectors (either individual stocks or mutual funds).

In the long run, stocks go up, and there's only so much oil in the world and more and more people are using more and more of it. You have your own proof, in the 7 years you've owned the stock its gone from $35-40 per share to $70-something recently.

I have XOM (enrolled in DRIP) in my portfolio and will continue to add shares when the funds present themselves. I plan on keeping them for the long haul, who knows maybe my grandkids will be able to inherit from me.

Best of luck.

Why is ExxonMobil so successful?

I don't know the full answer, just my observation.decisions are made in a very cautious way. Conservative. Stable.Ppl there working very hard, technology is very strong. very little politics.

Has anyone taken any tests like this exxonmobil pre-employment testing?

I haven't taken that particular test, but there are pre-employment tests that are used.
For example, if you'll be doing a lot of typing in the position, they might send you a typing test to see how many words per minute you type.
Or you might take a basic maths skills test if you'll be doing something that involves money, like cashiering or banking.

Sometimes employers give out personality tests to screen their potential employees, just to get a feel for them. Walmart gives out a survey type thing that's pretty long and detailed asking you what you would do in certain situations. Supposedly there aren't any "right" or "wrong" answers, but if there's any that flag on their side they might ask you during an interview why you felt a certain way.

What bank does ExxonMobil use for their investments?

Their Form 4/2008 Document 10-F states that they use JP MorganChase. Seems like Ranto is doing some guessing here.

What's it like to work at ExxonMobil for your first job?

In short: not good.I joined EM last year right after graduation and found this company disappointing in two ways:Huge amount of internal stuff. Safety and control is the philosophy of this giant company and employees working there have to spend so much time to go through processes of different kinds. If you work as a sales guy like me, you need to wait for the price endorsement, wait for the travel expense reimbursement and wait for the delivery of anything to your customers (‘wait’ here means waiting for LONG LONG LONG time).Bureaucracy. Easy to imagine how serious it could be in such a huge organisation. Promotion depends little on your performance but largely on whether your boss likes you or not. My boss is an asshole who does everything to entertain his boss and would not spend a little time in coaching us. One thing I am sure about, the possibility to work alongside this kind of manager is not low at EM.Hope you can find a better place.

Did you know: Condeleeza Rice was a CEO of Exxon Mobile?

Very very sad. Technically she was only on the Board of Directors, which is disturbing enough. But she had so much power in the company that she was recognized to be an unoffical CEO by her coleages. I agree, it is truly sickning.
