Why do you care how much money that people make? We all know Tiger Woods was the best golfer in early 2000. And for the best golfer, Nike was willing to offer some big money contracts to boost their sales. Right now, I do not think it matters anymore because Tiger is semi retired and he does not make money like he used to. If you are thinking you want to be a Pro because of money alone, then you have chosen the wrong profession. There are many Pros who failed to make $100,000 a year. If you ever want to be a pro golfer, your objective is to win tournaments as many as you could and not the money alone. And most Pro golfers became a PRO because they love their job and like to be on the course on a daily basis. So stop asking how much money do people make......

I will say straight off that i do not watch or play gold. but tiger Woods is an absolute sporting freak! He really is a once in a lifetime event and to have him come and play golf in Australia is huge. If I lived in Melbourne, i would go to see him. I am sure there are others around the country who will travel interstate to watch. Those that can't get there in person will watch on TV which means advertisers will pay top $ to get their products advertised. The income generated from the one person alone will be enormous. So YES, he is well and truly worth the money. And for all those negative people out there sprouting off about hard times etc, I see your point. But even in hard times, people need to have fun and go out and get away from their troubles. We could stop spending money on everything apart from health and education etc but then we would be a nation of very depressed, sad, fat, boring people. The more people we can encourage to visit and explore out great country, the better off we will be in the long run. Bring him on i say!!

Nike does not sell 1 billion dollar worth of Nike stuff. Last time I checked it was in the hundreds of millions figure. Besides, he does not need the money. Furthermore, I don't want to pay 1000 bucks for a Nike driver. 300 bucks is way too expensive as it is. And guess why it is expensive?

Chris- you dont realize this is the greatest golfer of all time and one of the ALL TIME most successful athletes ever! Now if you had a COA (certificate of authenticity) then that autograph would be money, but without a COA its worth close to nothing unless somebody decides to take your word for it that he signed it.

I won't either. I don't feel sorry for him either. My guess is there is going to be a divorce, who would want to stay in a relationship like this? He is obviously unhappy and his wife cannot trust him, what is left to this marriage? When he is out late at night and the kids asks "Where is Daddy?" or, he apologizes to his wife but soooooner or later sex is going to come back into the picture. I don't know about you guys/gals but if it was my spouse KNOWING he cheated on me I could not have sex with him/her again, its not the same. I would also worry about getting something I could not get rid of, this would be my biggest concern, its not worth the gamble, he might as well divorce because the mental torment he is going to be going through will NOT be worth it, might as well sign on the dotted line now, pay up. Its not unbelievable sex way back and I mean waaaaayyyy back in time has ruined do much. I do not feel sorry for Tiger, he made his bed he can sleep in it. Can you imagine Tiger going up to his wife lets say in a month or so being the one to initiate sex? I would look at him and say "You have got to be kidding right?" Lets say she forgives him....he is out late ONE night....all hell will break loose, he might as well be living in a cage.

I checked, and the only Johnathan on the ITF Juonior World Rankings top 100 is Johnathan Eysseric from France. If you are him, then by all means, drop out and go for it. You have a future. But I'm pretty sure if you were him, you already know that you are going pro, so I assume you are just some daydreaming kid that isn't even good enough to win a point against half of the tour pros. You are wasting your time. You're just an above average player at best. The only way for you to become a pro is go to college and have a miraculous, astronomical improvement there.
