What does it feel like getting a nipple piercing?The actual piercing didn't hurt.The area was cleaned, marked, clamped, pierced and an 18 Gauge captive ball ring inserted. The whole process was over in less than a minute and I don't remember feeling the needle at all.The following 2 weeks were extremely painful. The skin around the nipple and the pectoral area was painfully sensitive to touch and to temperature changes. The pain was an intense burning sensation and you could feel heat radiating from the skin.A shirt touching the area hurt. Keeping the area clean hurt. I slept on my back during that time. The intensity of the pain gradually diminished from extreme to mild discomfort by the 4th week.On a pain scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most severe, I would rate it an 8 at its worst, which was 3 to 5 days after the piercing.

im thinking about getting my nipples done and i want to know is does it hurt as bad as people say it does. i would like people who have or had their nipples done answer please and how much with cost you if you dont mind and aftercare tips thanks for your answers

Sore at first. Followed by long term pleasure.I had both my nipples pierced in the same sitting. The piercing was painful. More painful then when I had my Prince Albert piercing. The pain is replace with several days of soreness and tenderness. Several months later, I had my nipple piercing stretched up one gauge. Again that was a painful experience.That was four years ago.I really enjoy my nipple piercings. They are an interesting look. And they feel good, too. They are pleasingly sensitive to the touch. They can be suggestive in appearance, especially when you can see the outline when we wearing a t-shirt.I’ve had no problems with them at all. I’ve never caught myself or damaged them. Most of the time, I’m not even aware of them. Though I did have a little play with the left nipple jewellery as I was writing this answer. Naughty but fun.

How bad does getting nipple piercings hurt? Not worried about recovery/healing time, just frantic over actual needle as I am terrified of needles. What about tattoo's? Do they hurt when it is actually done?

Maybe a 5. Amazingly, the actual piercing hurt less than my belly button. It didn't make me feel woozy or sick from the pain like my belly button did. The recovery really sucked though. It was sore for two months and the littlest brush up against it would hurt. But I'm glad I got it. It was worth it for me

I have all three, and yes my nipple piercings did hurt more than my nose and belly button but of course a piercing is going to hurt. It’s literally a needle penetrating the skin. It was worth it for me, and the only time that it really hurt was when the needle went through which of course would hurt. Other than that, the healing process was amazing for me and it didn’t hurt at all after I got the piercing itself. It depends on how bad you want it honestly. However, getting my nose and belly button pierced didn’t hurt at all. From 1–10 (1 being the least, 10 being the worst) my nipple piercings were probably a 6 or 7 when getting pierced but any piercing won’t feel completely amazing to get because it’s a needle poking your skin. I would go for it if I were you!
I'm thinking of getting my nipples pierced, is it okay/ effective to use a topical numbing agent?
I pierced my nipple a week ago. My piercer used lidocaine on my nipple, we waited for a few seconds and then, when my nipple was completely numb, he pierced it and I felt nothing! Actually, the lidocaine injection hurt more than the actual piercing. Also, it took an hour or two before I could feel the pressure of my piercing and any other irritation, so I guess it relieved some of the pain afterwards, too.I’m glad he used it, and I’d suggest you do too. It makes the whole procedure painless and stress-less.
Do you regret your nipple piercings?
No, I have had mine for 3 years now (I think) and I've never had issue with them aside from finding out I'm allergic to titanium on one side of my body (long story short: I got titanium jewelry and one of them ended up swollen itchy and leaking pus even though they were fine the day before). It didn't hurt getting them pierced but they bled for 3 days and I was very anemic at the time so I got a bit weak from that. They only hurt when touched in the beginning (like bumping into something which I do often, not light touch). The only thing I hate is having to clean them, but I hate that about all of my piercings.
How does it feel to get your nipples pierced?
I got mine done yesterday, so I am speaking from recent experience.It's a long process for the needle to get through the nipple. Upon initial insertion of the needle, it stings. You can feel it push all the way through the nipple, which is a painful burning, stinging, sensation. The more you relax, the less it will hurt. My first one (right) was flinch worthy, but not horrible. Pain scale 6/10.Now my second nipple (left) was far worse. I knew what it would feel like, and I was not looking forward to it. Pain scale 8.5/10.Afterwards, they just feel tight. My left, which hurt much more to pierce, feels completely normal the day after. My right, which was a breeze to pierce, stung almost unbearably the rest of the day. This all depends on how your body reacts to the piercing, and how it was pierced. All piercings hurt, this one included.
