I suggest you do the following and in this order. wipe your mom's nano 1st gen. dock it to the pc she syncs with and click restore from itunes. click on the nano after its docked, then general\restore wipe your nano 3GB by doing the same with the pc its associated with, and click restore instructions dock your new touch, and sync whatever songs you want on it with whatever. sell the nano 1stGen via craigslist locally or ebay but CL I feel is much faster.

First off, I want to say that you really will not get much for your DSi. It's already been out for 4 years and buying one brand new costs 100 dollars. Plus an item loses value the moment you buy it, So keep that into consideration. Now, Condition is everything as well. You will get offered more money if your DSi is in mint condition compared to poor. So taking everything into consideration, I think the most you could get for your DSi (especially at a place like Gamestop) is 20-30 dollars. Let's face it, They are outdated (god knows how many versions of the DS have come out after the DSi) and it's used. If it were a newer version, You would have easily gotten more money for it. Same goes for the iPod touch, People say it keeps it's value but it doesn't. I have a 2nd generation touch and I can't get any apps for it because the iOS (operation system for the touch) only updated so much before they stopped putting out updates for it and app makers now a day only use the iOS from the 3rd generation or better. That's simply how it is. So if you have a first or second gen, It's not gonna be worth crap. 3rd gen or better will get you some cash but again condition is everything. The better the condition, The more you can get for it. Same applies for your iPhone as well.
