She'll be given I believe 6 months to travel, otherwise the visa will expire. The sooner she does it, the better. You need to get married within the next 90 days after she arrives in the US, otherwise she'll be deported. I don't think it's easier to get married before and then bringing her into the country. I know of people who have done that and the spouse was never allowed in the US. So beware. The fiance visa is a safer way. You know you're doing the right thing. .
