I would agree, it would probably depend on the type and brand of lights, if you are referring to a person (based on the suggested weight amount) I would say its theoretically possible but you would need a lot of lights to be able to hold up a person. Ultimately, I would say it's possible depending on the amount of lights that you have supporting, said thing, and what type they were (more expensive is usually better quality then very cheap)

How much weight would I lose?

I started only drinking x-large strawberry acai’s from Starbucks and eating nothing and I plan on doing this for a week (I will eat on Sunday). The only thing I’m eating is super super small milk chocolates from my advent calendar for Christmas. I only have one a day and they are the size of my pinky so it’s nothing. So I’m a 17 year old girl, 5’0 and yesturday I weighed 108.0 and today I weighed 107.8. How much do you think I would weigh on Sunday? How much weight will I lose?

How can I loose weight in 4 weeks?

I think you can do it.

First off, starving yourself will not achieve anything because the moment you start eating again, you will pack on even more weight. The best thing would be to eat smaller, more frequent meals which will increase ur metabolism and digest food faster.

Cardio is essential. Going for regular runs/biking/swimming can do wonderz and will really make u feel motivated as well. Skipping ropes are also good you know even if they look funny, it helps

You should also, idk if u wanna but HIGH REPS+LOW WEIGHT weight training. Doing it this way, like squats or benching wateva, it will increase ur metabolism, burn fat and 'tone' your muscles. Don't worry, doing weights this way will not buff you up lol, jus tone you.

U can also try tricks 2 increase ur metabolism like: lemon detox diet, protein, spicy foods (yes that works!!)

Lastly, your diet doesn't even have to be perfect, just make sure you get your essential vitamins, protein and wateva...just don't fill yourself up with really heavy meals, just eat smaller meals, more timez a day.

So basically, cardio + light meals = weight loss within 4 weeks!!

Oh and make sure you get plenty of water as well ( u can even try mixin lemons in it 2 increase metabolism if u want) U will first notice when u start dieting that u will lose very quickly, that is your water/fluid weight you are losing so make sure to increase your water intake!

Visiting the gym everyday is not essential, maybe 2-3 times a week do intense training and rest of the time just do light stuff at home.

I don't think that's possible :( 20 maybe 30 lbs is possible but it would take surgery or going on one of those crazy tv shows where they work out 24/7 and i still doubt you'd lose over 50 lbs.
