How much weight can I lose in two weeks????

I weigh 150 and I'm 5'1 and 21 years old....I don't look fat at all...all my fat is in my breasts and lower stomach and thighs....I have really skinny legs and you can see my ribs on the upper part of my body. With that kind of body, what kind of exercises can I go to get rid of the extra weight around my waist and thighs without going to a gym??

And how much could I lose in two weeks if I do these excerises at least 4 days a week for about 2 hours everyday???

To maintain your weight according to your height, weight, and sex, you need to consume about 1400 calories. So if you want to lose weight you have to eat less than that number. 800 calories seems to be a good fit for you if that's what you want. But I would suggest to take it slowly and consume at least 1000 calories. Therefore you lose 400 calories a day. Just as long as you consume less than 1400 calories you're going to lose weight in the long run.

There's a healthy approach to this. Eat six times a day to keep your metabolism going with 166 calories per meal to equal about 1000 calories. That's unhealthy for most because you're only consuming so much. Or your breakfast, lunch, and dinner can have 250 calories each with your other three meals having 83 calories.

I would workout for muscle building rather than strength training because a strength training workout is about gaining strength whereas a muscle building workout focuses on muscle building and more muscle means more calories burned. Those are two completely different workouts.

Along with the cardio you're definitely going to end up with an empty stomach often and that's not good. If you're going to add exercises to your routine, your daily calorie intake would go from 1400 to I'd say 1500 or 1600. With that being said, you can safely begin consuming 1100 to 1200 calories a day and still lose calories and weight.

If you did that everyday, you would burn 2800 calories in a week and 5600 calories in two weeks which would equal 1 and a half pounds lost, maybe more.

It differs with everyone though. I personally can lose 4lbs a week sometimes 5lbs (and have) but the difference between you and me is the training intensity. Being a football player I know how to train intensely and burn more calories, and rarely do I see girls that are willing to have that feeling of immense rage in the gym lol. My calorie intake is around 2300 calories and I'm eating probably around 1000 calories plus I'm burning more from cardio and weight lifting. So do the math. I'm not starving myself either and eat sometimes seven times a day. It's about what you're eating.

Oh, dear lord. The ignorance of these commenters is overwhelming.

Over a year ago, I water fasted for 45 days (that means: only consuming water, nothing else) starting at 165 pounds and ending at 110. I have YET to gain a single pound back.

On top of no longer being overweight, my chronic asthma that I've suffered with for the last 13 years has completely vanished. I've had 10/40 vision since I was 3 years old. My vision started improving during the fast, and about a week afterwards, I went to my optometrist for an annual visit and my vision had COMPLETELY corrected itself. After a lifetime of wearing glasses and contacts, I now have 20/20 vision without surgery or medication. My blood pressure had been high for 8 months (160/110,) but after the fast, it had stabilized at 120/80.

There are other minor things that have also improved, such as: my severe/moderate acne has vanished without ever returning, and the stretch marks on my inner thighs from my 5th grade growth spurt are completely gone.

Starvation mode is a myth. I lost about a pound of muscle during those 45 days and my metabolism is actually faster than it was before. I used to eat 1,800 calories a day to maintain 165, and now I have to eat about 2,400 calories to maintain 110.

My body did not attack and/or feed off of my organs, like most people tend to believe. In fact, my chronic IBS (5 generations of Irritable Bowel Syndrome on my mom's side of the family) is completely gone as well. I've been off ALL of my medications for over a year now.

As for you: you'd probably lose about 10-20 pounds, but only 10-15 pounds of fat (the rest being water weight and fecal matter.)

How much weight will a man lose if he doesn't eat for 2 weeks?

2 weeks - I can almost mathematically say this for a 170–150lb, 48 yr old, 5′ 9.5″ man who has a desk job and very little exercise. Total of ~20lb. Break down will be 2lb muscle, 6lb water and intestinal bacteria both (good and bad) and 12lb fat. So 1:3:6 ratio of muscle:water:fat. The longer you fast, the less muscle you lose per day and the less water and stomach bacteria. After day 4 you pretty much go to 1/2lb fat and 1/8 or so lb everything else. After day 4 muscle loss is under 1lb in 10 days. I have done a 20 day fast last year with some detailed records with a DSM-BIA scale. Its a good safe and fast way to lose weight.
