How Much Weight Will I Lose Eating 300 Calories A Day For 1 Week

How much weight will I lose eating 300 calories a week?

First week you will lose about 8–20 pounds depending on your weight.As your metabolism slows down after first week you will lose muscle for sure, total weight loss per week will be 6–10 pounds.Specialists say it’s recommended to have a minimum of 800/day calories for good function and maintenance for the hearth, brain and rest of organs.Long term 300 calories per week will lead to subnutrition and DNA degeneration as we don’t live in a bubble.It’s not a short or long term solution, you are better if you do a water fast for 3–5 days then eat regular calories 1200–1800 / day, then extend to 10 day water fast.For long term healty weight loss just eat less with 25%-35% less than you are usually eating and you will lose 2 pounds per week.I hope this helps and read more before you take any action.

How much weight would I lose a week eating 300 calories a day?

You need a minimum of 500 calories a day or else your body will be stuck in starvation mode. I myself have done this for six months and lost a 100 lbs, I was very happy with the weight loss but every other aspect in my life suffered everyone told me I looked sick, I was lifeless, depressed, and often fainted at work and school. I was a very outgoing person until I did this and then I feel I went into a state of psychosis. But if your not worried about the aftermath then heres how I looked at it, 3000 calories is roughly one pound of fat. I googled a daily calorie burner to see how much calories I used a day and it said I burned around 3000, on top of all that I decided to work out for at least an hour a day and I ran 5 miles every other night and ran 3 on the easy nights. The weight came off very fast I was losing 4 to 10 lbs a week. But heres the down side, when I started eating normal my body was still in starvation mode so any fats or sugars I ate went straight back to body weight and I gained 40 lbs in a month eating way less then i had before so I starved myself again this time armed with the knowledge of only eating vegetables for two weeks straight just to get my metabolism running normal. Two years later I am down 90lbs from my original weight I eat healthy and with work I am easily walking fourteen miles a day( I used a step counter) I jog to work often and occasionally pass on sweets. My brain I feel is still recovering from the harm I have done but I am now happy and have lots of energy. SO say you want to lose 30lbs I dont know how much u want to lose but its an example, 30lbs= roughly 90,000 calories, If you burn 2500 calories a day then that is dept. of 1000 after only taking in 500, 1000 calories times 90 days = 90,000 calories of 30lbs of fat. I hope this helps, good luck on your weight loss goals!!!

How much weight would you lose in a week by eating 600 calories per day?

You can live on zero calories a day if you have enough fat to burn, but let’s be a bit more realistic in our goals, hm?You obviously want to lose weight desperately to go to 600 calories a day. I’m guessing that means you’ve tried other, less severe alternatives already and it hasn’t worked.(Before I continue, let me preface this with: if you are not an adult - if you are younger than 18 years of age - though preferably 20 - you should absolutely not do this. Your body is not finished developing!)Think of a time when you really, really had to pee. Would peeing *just a little* make you feel better and keep you going? No. You needed to hold it until you could get rid of it all!Think of your 600 calories as trying to pee ‘just a little’ to keep your bladder from exploding. Sometimes all or nothing really is better.Rather than go 600 calories a day, try intermittent fasting. It’s where you eat full, normal, healthy meals with lots of fibers and healthy fats! Yes, avocado, olive oil, whole milk - fat is a wonder that we have demonized for way too long.Eat until you are full and satisfied. Then don’t eat again for a prescribed amount of time. I have been doing 16 hours between meals for a while now, but recently I’ve started doing longer, multi-day fasts. If you work yourself into it slowly it’s much, much easier!Once your pre-determined time of not-eating is up, eat again, but eat whole, healthy meals and be full and satisfied.Right now I am having coffee with some whole cream in the morning, and tea or water throughout the day. I follow this for about 4 days, then eat regularly on the weekends with my family since that is when we usually get together for things.If you work yourself into it slowly, let your body adjust, and eat well when you do eat, this is a great and sustainable way to lose weight. You won’t be plagued by hunger, you can be as flexible as you need to if a meal comes up you weren’t expecting but don’t want to turn down (friend shows up unexpectedly, say) and it’s easier than trying to eat ‘just a little’.Again, if you are not an adult, this does NOT apply, non-adult bodies are not ready for fasting. Also, if you have medical conditions, talk to your doctor first. Or, really, talk to your doctor first anyway.

How much weight can I lose if I only eat 300 calories a day for a week?

Loosing weight is not always about how many calories you eat. Think of it as energy, and by only eating 300 calories you are starving yourself. When you don't eat regular meals and snacks during the day, your body becomes overly hungry, stores your fat, and starts to feed off of other nutrients such as proteins. This can be very dangerous to your health as well. Some symptoms you will notice are fatique, dehydration, constipation, light headedness, fainting, intolerance to low temperatures, yellowing of the skin, and even a layer of fine body hair (yuck!). If all these things are worth losing weight to you, then you should think about the more serious side affects such as irregular heartbeat, and cardiovascular failure. You could also become anemic, or start to experience renal failure if you are severely dehydrated. Starving yourself is not the proper way to lose weight.

When any average person goes under 1000 calories a day, the majority of weight loss is muscle, not fat. You might have a lower number on the scale, but it won't be as strong or firm a body as it would be if you ate healthy and exercised moderately. When you eat such a small amount daily, your body will think you're in a famine and store every extra calorie it can, then when you try to eat even a little more, it will hoard every bite and you'll gain much faster than if you ate healthy but carefully all the time.

How much weight will I lose if I eat 300 - 400 calories a day, no lectures?

Heres the thing. you would lose a lot of weight however i will say that the weight you will lose in this time will come back quicker than you can say "i just lost 20 pounds!" Also, starving yourself for a few days does put your body into starvation mode and it does hold on to the extra fat and it starts eating your muscle. which in turn will slow down your metabolism and give you no energy for your days. and i swear im not trying to lecture you right now I am just telling you the pure facts. If you want to eat 300 to 400 a day go for it. you will lose weight and it will come right back and that is not good on your body AT ALL. Plus from a personal expierence depriving your body of calories and nutrients makes a binging problem. because your body will be screaming "FEED ME" and all it takes is that one slip up of too much stinkin cake and ice cream and you feel awful and the weight your trying to lose will come back quick! sooo i know you prob. dont want to hear this but you could eat 1200 calories a day which is the minimum you should eat and walk or run 30 min. a day and you would lose weight very quickly and in a healthier way. Also if your tryin to lose weight i highly reccommend that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and take a good multivitamin. you will feel great :) hope i helped you in any way!

If I eat 300 calories a day for 2 weeks will I lose weight?

NO!!!! The only thing you're sure to lose is ones mind.

Your body will hold onto every bit of nutrients your body has, especially the fat.
You're setting yourself up for feeding tubes & a lot of anxiety issues.
Depending on your health, activity level, height, & weight you'll need to eat a certain amount of "clean"
{no trans fats} foods each day & you can have 1 day for cheating.{ Still "clean" foods}

How much weight could one lose eating 0-300 calories a day?

eww that would leave them with no tone or definition because it would be eating off your muscles as well, so their skin would be flabby and squishy to the touch (very unnattractive). And all weight lost will be put on very very fast due to the excessive starvation of the body.

burning approx 1500 calories a day.
1500x7= 10500

every 3500 calorie deficit is -1 lb

10500/3500=3

so approx 3 lbs a week, 12 lbs a month.

VERY UNHEALTHY and will not look good in the end after it. The weight will also not be kept off because the body will fight until its put back on from how much "shock" it is going to put onto it.

How much weight will I gain eating 100-300 extra calories per day?

If your current intake barely meets your BMR then you are aren't eating nearly enough. The Basal Metabolic Rate is theoretically what you require if you're in a coma and doing nothing. Calories above that are not "extra". If you're doing any kind of exercise you need a lot more food than that.Weight gain due to fat is a matter of calorie balance. If you get 100-300 genuinely extra calories per day then you'll gradually gain weight. How much is impossible to say because you don't specify how long this will go on.Note that working out can add muscle which makes you weigh more and also require more food.You should probably relax and forget numbers. You aren't going to be able to get an accurate count of your calories to a tolerance of 100 calories/day anyway. The error bars are way bigger than that.
