All the people who are telling you that you won't lose any weight are stupid and for the ones who say if you do it you'll just gain it all back are stupid too. They are WRONG. I did this for only 2 days and lost 3 lbs. I have friends who do this all the time, they lose 20 lbs and even more, but you need to be careful. And you won't gain it back if you're smart not too, after your done with not eating for however many days you're supposed to eat healthy. Don't go out and eat fast food or go eat high in sugar foods then yes you'll gain it all back.

How much weight did you gain while pregnant and how big was your bump?

I put on 25kg+ (55lbs) with my first!!!! Yes I know, I was huge, lol!! But I did have an obsession with mint slice chocolate bicuits and I had a 9lb baby girl!!
I did lose all the weight within 18months thankgod!

I put on 16kg (35lbs) with my second (which I lost and some), baby was 8lb2oz/3680g
and then I put on 18kg (39lb) with my third who was 8lb10oz/3914g and he is now 6.5 months and I've lost all but 3kg (6.5lbs).

My first baby I had a biiiig bump! Number 2 and 3 were about the same size but number 3 bump was like a really round beach ball type bump. It looked so funny!

Why do I feel like I’ve gained fat when I lost weight?

If you lost weight you probably lost a mixture of muscle and fat, but mostly fat because the body far prefers to burn fat over muscle. Another person said that your body burns muscle before fat but this is incorrect. Why would your body prioritise using up muscle (which isn’t primarily an form of energy storage and is useful for many things) over bodyfat fat when the MAIN purpose of extra bodyfat is to be used body is in an energy deficit?Anyway, my guess for why you feel you gained fat is that you’re looking more critically at your body now so you’re more away of the fat that was already there previously
