When will the next steam sale come and what would be the price of PUBG?

Short answer: It won’t drop.A discount on PUBG has never been administered at least on steam and there is very little chance we’d see any price drop. Two reasons for that:Game is constantly being updated with new content, instead I wont be surprised if there is a resurgence in price.Game is running strong among the community. Games are usually discounted when they are old or have a few active community to attract the customers who missed out on buying the game in full price.Lastly, here is the steamDB price history for the game:PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS · AppID: 578080As you’d notice zero discounts provided since its launch. So, If you want to play PUBG just buy it right away chances are you wont see a price drop atleast for some time.

Which has better sales in Canada, Black Friday or Boxing Day?

I believe Boxing day is still in the lead, but the completely bogus Black Friday excuse for marketing is gaining market share in Canada rapidly. It distresses me no end that Canadians “buy in” to this bit of USA culture so readily. I personally refuse to purchase anything from Canadian retailers who declare “Black Friday” sales. The event is in recognition of a USA cultural phenomenon and has NOTHING to do with Canada! WE have our own Thanksgiving, about a month earlier. Black Friday in Canada is crass marketing to the easily influenced. I will have none of it.

How different is the Black Friday and the normal day price?

In the United States, Black Friday is the Friday after our Thanksgiving Day, a day when many are off work for a long weekend. Stores run special deals on certain popular items to entice shoppers to visit the store, these are called Black Friday Deals, and often the extreme discounts and limited stock on hand cause all sort of reactions from shoppers. These deals are designed to bring shoppers into the store, while ordinary discounts, sales, and special buys are found throughout most stores, in general, the majority of products are still sold at regular prices. The name Black Friday refers to a store’s sales reaching the point of profitability for the year, going from ‘’red ink’’ (negative balance) to ‘’black ink’’ (showing a profit, and these events are hyped through ad campaigns, social media, and even news outlets to stir a shopping frenzy among consumers.

When do stores tend to drop their prices for after Christmas, the day before or the day after?

In Australia, there are three reasons:All the “Christmas things” that shops have stocked for the big day need to be moved quickly. That means that you can get cheap decorations, wrapping paper, festive food, and so on. For some of those things, you can then hang onto them for another 12 months (if you don’t mind sticking them in a cupboard) and be ready for next year.More “regular things” which have had their prices increased return to normal prices. People eat ham, chicken, and prawns a lot on Christmas Day here, but there’s no reason you can’t eat all three in January. Earlier this year, for example, we bought a kilogram or so of prawns for about $6 - the same kilo of the same prawns a couple of weeks earlier would have set us back three or four times that amount minimum. The “Boxing Day Sales”. While 26 December is a public holiday, all the shops are open. Just as in the middle of the year, it’s a time that everyone wants to sell their excess general stock, and the easiest way to do that is to arrange very steep discounts. If you don’t mind braving some pretty wild-eyed shoppers, you can really grab a bargain.

Do airliner ticket prices typically drop after the Christmas holiday? If so, by how much do they typically drop in the US?

The price typically drops after the New Year, the flight price between Christmas and New Year typically are above average price as well. The flight prices during the holiday season are usually at least double the average price but I have seen as much as 5 folds. It’s really whatever price they can get away charging with. If you are looking for cheap flights after the holidays, I would recommend you to sign up for a flight deal alert service such as Flight Deals Hound and it will alert you automatically when a flight deal near your location is found. Takes all the price monitoring work out for you.Disclosure: I am the founder of Flight Deals Hound.

Why are there so many sales after Christmas?

There may be a couple of reasons for this; overstocking and affordability.Overstocking: it should be recognized that many many many small businesses turn from red ink to black ink on the Friday after Thanksgiving. That’s why it is called “Black Friday“, because it takes some stores or businesses that long in the year to turn a profit. The rest of the profit is made up between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but in the effort to maximize those sales, some stores will dramatically overstock on certain items, and need to get them off the shelves. If they were able to buy them that a pre-Christmas lower price, they can sell them after Christmas at a lower price without really losing money, or they can use them as a loss leader… They get you into the store with a good bargain and you wind up buying some other things you haven’t originally planned on.This is particularly true of very specifically Christmas related items like reading cards, wrapping paper, etc. If they didn’t sell it before Christmas, you can get some great deals stocking up for the following questions, even though it’s a full year away. And that leads us to “affordability“. There are many good and services that are sold in the Christmas shopping period atfull price, in order to maximize the profit I talked about above. In today’s economy especially, not everybody can afford that. Stores recognize that and will offer boxing day, or boxing week sales, January white sales, etc. They are able to lower the prices, move more goods, and as often as not, wind up making their money on volume. Some people shoot their bolt, as it were, in the pre-Christmas shopping, spending all, blowing their budgets, and so on. But there are other people who recognize that some great post-Christmas sales are coming; they husband their money and are ready to shop in the days and weeks after Christmas and into the new year.

Will graphics card prices drop around Christmas time?

I am eager to upgrade my graphics card but I will postpone my buy if the prices are going to drop anywhere soon. A decent graphics card can easily cost over 300 bucks and that is a lot of money. Does anyone know what the prices of said hardware do around Christmas time? Do they drop/fluctuate/remain steady?

Thanks in advance
