How Much Will The Mob Make Tonight And How Much Did You Spend

Why do night clubs let women enter for free and make men pay, and not vice versa?

I love night clubs. At one point in my life, when I was living in Charlotte, NC, I would go out 3–4 nights a week.As an introvert, I counterintuitively found night clubs very relaxing. The loud music. The alcohol flowing. The hedonism. The primitive state. I am a very observant person -and that’s what I would do. I would philosophize about the meaning of life, how we are just evolved apes, and other such issues. It would put me on a very creative mindset, which allowed for many breakthroughs.Since I was a regular, and Charlotte is a rather small city, I became friends with many bouncers and business owners. I remember talking with one of them about the exact theme you’re asking about. So I asked him: “Don’t you think it’s demeaning for both men and women that they pay, and we don’t?”“It’s just business, man.”“No, I get that. It just sucks.”“Listen, did you pay to get in tonight? And last week?”“Uhh… Actually no, I did not.”“Why do you think is that? Because we are friends?”“Well… I thought so. We are friends, right?”“Yeah, but that’s not the point. You get in for free because you are 6′6 and you have an accent. You get in because you are a college athlete. You get in because, if you get in, hot women want to come here. Hot women bring their less-hotter friends. And all women bring less-hot guys. Then we make money.”“So hot people are basically baits for less-hotter people to come here and buy alcohol.”“Yep.”“Well, life sucks.”“Yep. Do you want a free drink on the house?”“Sure, man.”(A picture of the actual club I am talking about).

Why are people offended by profanity?

I find that the more I travel, the more I find the American language/slang to sound very uneducated.

People that study English as their second language sometimes have a better vocabulary than those raised in the USA!

Vocabulary is fascinating, there are so many words that you can use to say the same thing. Why use profanity? In my house, when I grew up, my family spoke 3 languages, and profanity was never in any of the vocabulary. We had enough words to describe what we were feeling or talking about!

If you look closely at any of the profane words, it usually is a put-down to somebody, never anything nice to say. So I choose not to use those words.

Do you agree with Fox News host Tucker Carlson in that the mob that gathered outside his home Wednesday night was not a protest but a threat?

I would be willing to bet that most of you will disagree with this statement:“The person who causes another person to feel in danger of bodily harm, has committed assault.” I can’t speak for every state, but in Georgia, the offending person is subject to prison time and a fine. Of course, that depends on whether or not the offender survives being shot. Georgia, and a couple of other dozen states have a law called, “Stand Your Ground.”What defines "Stand Your Ground" in Georgia & S.C.?If the guilty person touches the other person in any way, even if it's just day tap on the arm, a tap on the shoulder, a finger jammed or touched to the chest, ten OOPS, he/her has now committed assault and battery. Yikes, tell Bubba Junior said, “I’ll be away for 5 years or so. Also, can I borrow $5,000 from you?”.If the innocent person is 65 or older, well, we're just not going to get into that right now. Folks, the left and a few of idiots in general have pushed the normal folks almost too far. Tucker’s wife had every right to unload on them, had they walked through the door. Given the fact the door was being banged on, she had every right to suspect as much. Typical of all chicken thugs, they came to Tucker’s home, knowing he was away working. However, they are working too, being paid bye Soros and others.I can’t say for certain, but a GA citizen peacefully dwelling in their home, might not be charged if they select a spot high above the peep hole and blast away. I would have. Trust me, knowing these NAZI thugs are crazy to begin with, I don't think they're crazy enough to risk being shot and killed for $10 per hour, even if it is paid in cash. That’s just one more law their Leftists backers are breaking. Also, unlike the liberal law enforcement in D.C., the brave law enforcement folks we have, would not have stood around trying to decide whether they should wind their ass or scratch their watch. The people who are benefiting the most, aside from Soros, Pelosi, Waters, the entire Democratic party and other anti-American Leftists, are investors in the firearm manufacturers.Keep those cards and letters coming.

How many baseballs are used in an MLB season?

According to NBC's "Ask Liz" column, MLB says an average of 65 balls are used per game. There are 30 teams playing each other in 162 games each. So there are (15 x 162 = 2,430) games per season, (you have to divide the total number of teams by two, since each game has two teams in it). That equals: (2,430 x 65) baseballs used per season, which totals 157,950 baseballs used during games per regular season.Update, Dec. 2011: On p 192 of the paperback edition of his book, "The Baseball: Stunts, Scandals, and Secrets Beneath the Stitches," Zack Hample estimates the answer to this question. Editing out his addition of spring training and post-season games, his answer to the original question would be: 196,800 baseballs. This is 25% higher than my estimate above, and is based on the number of baseballs each team rubs down with Lena Blackburne Rubbing Mud. Note that it represents the number of balls prepared for use, not used in actual games. I'm guessing that prepping 25% more than needed would be overkill, but assuming his number is right, if we split the difference the number would be about 177,375 baseballs per season. Finally, he says that MLB uses a TOTAL (including batting practice, etc.) of about 1.26 million baseballs per year. At his estimate of $6.79 per ball, that's $8.56 million per year for baseballs (Rawlings says "Thank you").

Why was the 17th amendment proposed?

The 17th Amendment to the Constitution allowed direct voting of the people to elect their Senators. Prior to that time, the Senators were selected by the state legislature. The Senate was originally designed to represent the states in federal matters of trade and defense. This also kept the power to control the individual states at the state and local level. By allowing the general population to elect members of the Senate, a lot of control and power to influence our daily lives was taken away from the states and given to the Federal Government. This eliminates representation on the behalf of the individual states and makes it much easier for Congress to make changes to our laws without being held accountable by the people. This also makes our government much closer to a true democracy which is in effect, mob rule. There are times the majority makes decisions that are not in the best interest of the country. A good analogy is, 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner. In true democracy, there is no voice for the minority.
