It depends on how much drop you want. 2.5" or less should only be the cost of new springs (if you do the work yourself). Probably around $120 - $200. If you want to go lower than that you have to buy coil-overs & shocks, and maybe camber kits. Around $300 - $500+. If you want extreme (4.5"+), you're looking at an airbag system, almost definitley camber kits, need an alignment and unless you're an experienced mechanic (which I'm guessing you're not, otherwise you wouldn't have asked) there's a lot of labor cost involved. I'd say look at spending at least $3,000 on up to $6,000 depending on car & air system. Good luck!

if you want the job done right, you need lowering springs, new struts (the old ones will need to be replaced within 10K if you dont'), a mechanic to put them all on and a new alignment (you messed with the suspension). the struts will cost 3-400, the springs 2-300 (unless you get super premium ones) the mechanic 50-100 per corner and 100 or so for alignment. if you get adjustable coilovers, figure more.

Like how nobody wants you to do what you want with your own property. How far you wanna go? If it's just a bit, you should be able to adjust the rear shock with little effort and a few tools. Take it off the ground first. You want to put it in the weeds? Hehe. Rip out that rear shock and fabricate a steel rod to replace it. After raising it off the ground, remove the shock and put a block under the rear wheel and start lowering the jack until you're happy. Measure the mounts to know the length you'll want. Take off the tops of your forks and lower the front to where you want it and replace the top caps. Clean the mess from the fluid you just got rid of. And finally, do something about your kickstand so that it will still allow the bike to lean. Understand that none of this is safe or recommended, as you probably figured from the other answers.
