I would suggest you not to open one in Kolkata. Reasons being :-Kolkata is already too much of a Hookah place, so you'll have a lot of competition to face, from the big sophisticated lounges to bars to cafés, hookah is served everywhere.If you're looking for a long term growth in business, Hookah lounge is not the right option, people tend to get bored of many new hookah places in town very soon. I can give you examples, but i don't think it will be good to mention names here.Many people i know opened cafés serving hookah, they had to shut their shop in 2 years and I'm definitely sure that it was shut due to continuous losses because, owners focus too much on Hookah and do not provide good food.
