How Quickly Does Anaphylaxis Come On In A Worst Case Scenario

What happens if you're pregnant and you go into anaphylactic shock?

I am not pregnant, but I would like to have children in a few years. I have a severe allergy to peanuts, and probably about twice a year ill go into anaphylactic shock from being exposed to peanuts in some way. The worst one recently was when I was at the gym and someone must have eaten one of those peanut power bars or something and I used equipment that they did, needless to say, I ended up in the hospital.
I take all the precautions necessary to avoid peanuts and every time I have a reaction I modify my life to make sure that particular scenario doesn't repeat itself. But when it does happen the symptoms come within 3-5 minutes of exposure.
But what happens if I'm pregnant? I typically get a steroid shot, epinephrine, Benedryl, and a breathing treatment. Will these not be safe for a growing baby? I don't want to live in a bubble while pregnant, and I know the baby may not develop a food allergy. I'm more concerned about the medications that they need to give me and the loss of oxygen I have when going into anaphylactic shock.

Is this Ring-worm? Please help.?

There is no way to tell from your description, or your picture.

Think about it, the vet couldn't definitively diagnose it, and he had the dog in front of him, we've got a blurry picture to look at!

Some things to think about: How old is the dog? Age of the dog will modify your differential diagnosis list.
Were any diagnostic tests done (other than the black light). Not all ring worm light up under the black light (but its pretty cool when it does).
Is it 'itchy' for her? (I know you said she isn't but, I want you to think about the carefully)
Is anyone else in the house (human or animal) itchy?
How long has it been there?
Any concurrent health conditions?

My diagnostic plan would be:
Impression smear (This would be my number one diagnostic tool...)
Deep Skin scrape (if unrevealing)
Fungal Culture (to get started right away so if everything else comes up negative we might still get something out of it)
FNA if it feels like something we can get a needle in (to rule out neoplastic conditions or rule in abscess)

Unfortunately, these aren't things you can do for yourself at home. The risk of 'home treatment' is that you might miss something and delay appropriate treatment.

Edit to Add: I would hardly call ringworm "Worst Case Scenario". Sure its zoonotic, but its not really that nasty of a bug. I really think you need some more diagnostics to work this up a bit.

No Epi Pen and Anaphylaxis Allergies?

Lets say a worst case scenario, someone is suffering from anaphylapic shock and emergency 1st responders won't get there in time and you don't have an epi pen.
What other first aid can be done if someone is suffering from aaphylaptic shock and you do not have an epi-pen?
Since an epi-pen is made of adrenaline, would scaring the patient (which releases adrenaline in a fight or flight response) be able to save them? Or use a combination of that and an over the counter antihistamine drug?

Weird purple-ish rash on my chest?

Right under my bra line I've had this spotted rash, I can't tell if it's a dark purple color or a brown..but anyway, today I noticed that it's spreading down my stomach. I've been getting really really bad headaches / migraines and feeling dizzy lately. Which could be completely unrelated to the rash, I just thought I would include it in case.

I haven't had contact with anything I'm allergic to, and I didn't get anything on my skin or anything like that..it just kind of showed up I guess.

I don't really have good health insurance so I thought I would come on here and see what people think before I make a doctors appointment.
Let me know what you think it could be :/

Halo vision after Lasik Surgery?

Alphagan is a glaucoma medication. The halos that medication is talking about is unrelated to yours. Alphagan lowers the pressure in your eye. If people have uncontrolled glaucoma, their eye pressure may increase dramatically and cause halos around lights (headaches and vomiting usually accompany this).

Seeing halos around lights especially at night is the number one complaint of people after undergoing refractive surgery. Unfortunately you have to deal with it. You can have driving glasses made with a really good anti-reflective coating on them, but I realize this probably what you want to do, considering that is why you had the surgery to begin with, to get rid of glasses. Ironic I know.

If I'm allergic to mangoes, can I use lotion that says it has mango in the name? ?

if u are allergic to anything u can not use at all if its in the ingerdents bc it does absorb into the skin and u could also just break out in a bad rash there so dont use it
