How do I unlink my Microsoft Account from my Windows phone?
I ve been locked out of my Microsoft account, sadly, therefore all devices that are attached to it cannot be updated. I managed to get a new account on my laptop, however, my phone is still using that email, so I can t download new apps or updates for the apps. The only way the website says for me to be able to fix this is if I log onto the email and remove the device that way - However, that s a problem because I cannot get into the account as I am locked out of it. Any help with this? I have no idea if there s an easy way to unlink the phone. I really don t want to factory reset the phone but if I have to, I will. Thanks in advanced!

Is " live: " part of my Skype name on my Microsoft account?
I just recently made a Skype account using Windows 8, and when I look on my profile it says my Skype name is live:*name*. When I tell people my Skype name, will I have to add the "live:" part? It's a pretty noobish question but I'm rather curious.

I tried installing Chrome . . etc. A message appears, saying-"Windows smartscreen is not available at the moment . . ." I simply click on "Run anyway". But nothing happens after that. I have tried installing Adobe Photoshop and many other softwares. But none could get installed. This problem has come up suddenly. What do i do ?
